If I could give 0 stars I would. Went today to get fitted for a tux for a friend's wedding. When asked to try the clothes on, I was handed a wad of dirty, stained, and RANCID smelling clothes. The white dress shirt I was handed to try on was yellow around the neck from sweat stains and probably hasn't been washed in a year. It smelled so bad I had to go home and shower! The pants were ripped to the point I couldn't even latch them to see if they fit correct, and the shoes had YARN being used for the laces. As I was leaving, I told the staff they needed to wash their clothes and let them know on how disgusting they were. I was told the store manager will "not take them home to wash them". Why would they be taken home to be washed anyways? You're a suit shop. Use dry cleaning. It was like they went to the back and grabbed clothes out of the dirty hamper for me to try on. In what world do you not wash clothes for MONTHS for customers to try on??? Get it together. Pathetic and I will not be back. Shame on this store manager. read more

Horrible experience. I am using men's warehouse for my upcoming wedding. We had a groom that is out of the country so I went in to give them his measurements and pay his tux. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting to be helped when there was no one else's to be helped. A woman walked around the store for about 10 min and then helped a different group that had just walked in. Then when I finally got help and older gentleman was very rude. He would shake his hand like he was shooing me when I would talk to him about my situation and just say ya. Will not be recommending anyone here again. read more

Husband went to purchase a jacket for my daughter's wedding. The wedding party had all purchased them in Dallas at a Men's Wearhouse. When they went here in Bentonville, they did not have the jackets , but offered to bring in a couple of sizes for my husband to try on BUT he would would have to purchase both of them to ship those in. He purchased both because we need the jacket, if it wasn't for a special a day I would not have done this. I think this is a terrible policy they have. Business are hurting. This will only make businesses hurt more. Fortunately we are able to do this, not everyone is. As mentioned above, if this was not for a wedding , I would of went else where. I've shopped at a few different Men's Wearhouse stores and they are consistently very high touch and superb customer service with staff that know what is in stock, what looks good and what doesn't. While the prices tend to be a bit high, it's always excellent quality. Where possible, they will work around your budget. Today's experience was no exception. I had a fashion emergency. I'm here in Arkansas with just casual clothes and an unexpected dress-up function appeared on my calendar. I can't just show up in jeans and a tshirt. I have to look professional. So I rushed over and let them know the occasion and the budget. I ended up spending a bit more than I intended (as you would tend to do with a buy one, get the second half off sale), but I walked out with two pairs of excellent shoes, two snappy dress shirts, two snazzy silk ties and two pairs of top end slacks. The slacks need to be hemmed, so they'll be ready tomorrow. Ron (the store manager and who helped me) clearly knew his stuff, assembling a great selection of clothing and maintaining a great discussion of fashion talk. Just great stuff. I'm really pleased with what I bought and I know that I will look top notch on Friday. If you need nice men's clothes, this is absolutely the place to go! read more

I wouldn't buy a roast beef and cheddar from Arby Sauce. My experience at Men's Warehouse has influenced me to decline any and all future wedding party invitations. In fact, it was so bad I've decided to never get married myself. Forever alone. I'm a big dude, shirt I received was a youth schmedium. Garbage. Told me to just come back up the next day. Yeah, I'd love to invest another hour plus of my day to your mistake. Garbage. Arby Sauce went to the back and managed to find the dirtiest off white shirt possible. Garbage. Jacket was too small. Garbage. Oh, but they are open Sunday! Because ya know the best time to return a tux is the day you are sleep deprived and hungover. The Sunday thing is a scam just to get a late fee. Ron is your guy if you choose to shop here. The service was fast and professional. I'm colorblind, so it can be difficult to choose color schemes. He was patient and helpful the entire time. I was purchasing a suit for my wedding, so everything had to be perfect. It was! The measurements and alterations came back in a timely manner, and were on point. Took my number - we will call you. Any call from them - Nope. Saturday -10:30 they say. 10:30 - no call ... Great Customer Service. So we call them at 11:00. They truck just delivered - come get the tux. Go over and the joy of dealing with Mens Warehouse continued. Jacket arm length - too short! Black vest instead of red. im getting married may 6th. i called about 4 months before my wedding and asked how long In advance do I need to order and get fitted. i was told two weeks before the event. i come in 5 weeks before the event and am told they don't have tan slacks until July. thank god I came in 5 weeks instead of two. to top it off I made an appointment for yesterday at 3pm. got ignored while waiting in line and talked to like I was dumb. My son needed suits for job interviews. He's hard to fit, 6'5" and skinny. Everything needed tailoring. It was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and he needed them before he went back to college on Sunday, or else we would have to each drive a couple hundred miles to meet in the middle and make the swap. And, they were really busy! Store was scheduled to be closed on Thanksgiving and Joe the tailor was scheduled to be off on the day after, so it looked like we would be driving on Monday. But, Lauren, who usually rented the tuxes but was great at fitting regular suits, called on Wednesday and said that our suits were ready! I love that they under promised and over delivered! Only thing that would earn 5 stars is if they carried more tall young man's sizes. I don't think a 40XL suit and a 16-1/2x38 shirt should be so hard to get! Men can be tall and not fat. read more

Came here to get a suit - the customer service was a 5 star, but the suit quality was 1. I came an hour before they closed so it was pretty empty so it was easy to get help. The person was very nice and helpful. However, there selection is surprising limited. They said they only had a few suits in my size which is pretty strange since I have a pretty common size. It made me feel like they were just trying to clear inventory and offering me what they wanted to get rid of. The suits looked nice but the price tag seemed pretty steep for something rather unremarkable, but I was desperate for a suit and didn't have much time to shop for one. Its been about a month and I regret that I didn't go other places. The zipper has this weird malfunction and there are a lot of loose threads on the inside of my pants. Unfortunately while putting my legs in have applied pressure and pushed down on some of these threads causing it to internally rip on both legs. Just an awful purchase and regret paying so much money for a terrible suit. I'm for sure going somewhere else for my next suit! read more

Was bouncing back and forth about renting or buying a tux for a gala I'm going by to later this month. Checked out Dillard's, Jos A Banks, and Men's Warehouse. Finally found a tux that fit me really well at Men's Warehouse. It was a Calvin Klein and it looked amazing. Only problem was that the pants needed to be taken in at the hips. The manager said he would check with their seamstress and came back to inform me that yes it was possible to alter the pants but that they wouldn't do it. He said they aren't allowed to tailor a Calvin Klein suit. I was ready to drop $700+ on this tux. It looked amazing except for the one issue. I asked him if he was sure Calvin Klein would prefer his tux to go out looking unfitted rather than fitted and classy? He said that was policy. So instead of making an alteration for a client who was dropping that kind of money he chose to start being a bit of a jerk. I ended up taking my business to Belk and buying a suit that cost about $400 less. No I don't like it as much as the Calvin Klein but I refuse to spend that kind of money with a person that is that rude and snooty. Pretty sure I won't be back in that store. I rented a tux for a wedding. The fitting took 2 hours to complete. Unfortunately, the jacket was 4 sizes smaller than my paperwork and the shirt stopped somewhere between my elbow and wrist. They tried to get another jacket shipped to a place closer to the wedding, but no dice. After a little bit of brainstorming, they loaned me their fitting jacket to get me through the wedding. It was not the same style, but I was desperate. Long story short. No price adjustment or in-store credit was offered. I did ask, no dice. Pick out a tux. Pay full price. Wear whatever. Can't believe they stay open. Walked in today with the intention of buying 4 suits. Store not busy at all. 3 employees standing by the front desk doing nothing. I pull a suit off of the rack and no one comes over to help. Two other people walk in and they get a welcome to mens wearhouse. 2 employees helping them. I walk over to the desk and say to the guy could I get some help. He says sure I am the assistant manger in a very condescending way. Another guy walks in and he says to me I will be back in a minute I have to help a customer. I walked out. Went to Dillard's in Fayetteville and bought 6 suits today. Salesman there bent over back words to help me. Will get to pick them up tomorrow. Store was nice and clean or I would have given them no stars. I've been to other men's warehouse and had exceptional service this one for whatever reason does't seem to be on par with the others. I've used them twice , first time I had a coat that did not fit, second I had a shirt that did not fit. The most frustrating part was the manager tried to act like they did fit and make me look bad. If you have to use them for some reason I would recommend picking suit up two days early trying everything on, that way if something doesn't fit you'll have a day to go back and pock it up. Otherwise I would strongly advise going to Tulsa or Little Rock if you have to use Men's Warehouse. read more

We have always been very pleased with the service received at this location. Complete joke. I wasn't expecting much in terms of service, but somehow this location managed to waste my time and insult me as a customer. My fiancé and I are planning our wedding and wanted to select a tux for the groomsmen. We walked in to this location at 4 pm and there was 1 other customer in the shop. We were greeted by an employee so panic stricken that she'd be forced to help us that she nervously rambled on about someone with an appointment that hadn't showed up yet. I counted 3 or 4 times of her telling us that there was someone with an appointment that she would obviously need to drop us for before I excused myself from her service. Not coming back. I don't mind waiting and especially if someone is ahead of me in line, but there was no effort to try to make us feel like valued customers and hey if the guy with appointment shows up -- don't worry because one of my co-workers will be there to make sure you're taken care of. I can only wonder what that place would be like if it's actually busy. read more

We went up on a Saturday morning, to look at suits and get my fiancé fitted to purchase a suit as he has to have it custom tailored. They basically ran us off and said they just didn't have the time, and were pretty rude about it, they asked if we had an appointment and we did not - as we had only one person. There were about 3 staff members there and only about 3 customers in the store. We decided this wasn't the place for us. I guess selling suits to people isn't the goal of this store. read more

We used Men's Wearhouse after a coupon/recommendation from David's Bridal. I do not recommend using them for wedding tuxedo rental. From the beginning, I could not get consistent and accurate prices. It took 30 minutes for me to get a printed copy of charges. Every visit, with every phone call, prices changed and mistakes were made. They would not/could not give me a printed receipt of corrections made. We (groom's parents) paid $600 toward the tuxedos rented. It was to be applied evenly among the groomsmen, yet some were charged $120 and others received a free tux. Our ring bearer's tie was lost in the shuffle even though I ordered it in person and called twice about it in the weeks before the wedding. Run fast from this business! I live in Fort Smith and wish I had checked out Beau's Tuxedos first. read more
