The first appointment went great and found my dream dress. However the second appointment left me feeling really discouraged about my choice. The lady helping me started asking really personal questions about if I was living with my fiance yet. When I told her no she was obviously judging me for not living with him before we got married. Which I just thought was crossing a boundary for someone I've literally never met and whose business it is NOT. I got a lace up back on my dress and asked if I could see it without the panel behind it (some brides do that) and she basically told me I shouldn't do that because "it would look like lingerie" and she kept calling my wedding a "Bible wedding" and like wouldn't drop it even when I tried to move on. Basically implying "how could you want to show your back if you are a Christian". Then she goes on to talk to my maid of honor about "no brides really wait to move in with their finances anymore" and she went to tell the other girl at the counter about our conversation in front of me while I was paying. She then made the comment "if your mom was here what would she think" and I was just like shocked. As if my mom would be appalled if I showed like an inch of my back line who cares. My maid of honor was also super weirded out. It was so strange especially since my first experience was so good. But that being said I love my dress and am excited to wear it! But I probably will not recommend to a friend unfortunately. read more

She Said Yes Bridal is one of the best places in Northwest Arkansas to find bridal and prom dresses. Since I was a sophomore in high school, I've been getting all of my formal dresses here. I think I've bought 15 or so dresses from them. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help me find a dress that matches my vision. When I can't find a dress I want, they take down my information and will often do research to find a dress that I may like. This level of intentionality can be hard to find. They do a great job of finding accessories to go with the dress. I usually end up buying a beautiful pair of earrings with my dress. I could go on and on about SSY. Maybe one day I will buy my wedding dress from them! read more

From the moment we stepped into the store the personnel were so professional and actually excited we were there. Then we met Lorrel. You would have throught Katie was her daughter She was sooooo happy and excited to be of help and shared in the emotional moment Katie said "Yes to the Dress"! Yes, Katie tried on 10 dress but said "yes" with the very first dress. We were treated like Queens and princess with cupcakes, champagne and other treats. Where do I begin...We had a large wedding 3 weeks ago for which we rented 16 tuxes. These were Michael Kors tuxes that came in regular and slim fit to the tune of $281.00 per person! From the moment the tuxes starting arriving it was a nightmare! Completely wrong sizes, numerous trips to the store to exchange pieces that still weren't right! Shoes completely forgotten, one guy got 2 lefts shoes, all the men said they were uncomfortable to wear the entire day too! Pants 4 inches too short, jackets down to knees for ring bearers and people literally running to get pieces 2 hours before the beginning of the wedding and so much more! 3 people finally had to wear their own stuff! I cannot say this strong enough...DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR YOUR TUXES!!! I have called the corporate offices for Jim's Formal Wear and talked to the owner of the bridal shop and NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING TO COMPENSATE US! read more

I cannot say enough good things about SSY in Rogers! I decided to do the "Luxe Experience" for my appointment, and I highly recommend it! My bridal party and I had the entire store to ourselves, which was a priority for us due to COVID. There was hand sanitizer available upon entering. The seats were set up 6 feet apart, and our consultant wore a mask and gloves the entire time, which made us feel safe. We were welcomed with our favorite snacks, wine, and music playing over the store speakers. They even had flowers in a vase as a gift for me! Kelse was our consultant, and we LOVED her. She was so much fun, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect dress. Kelse made me feel extra special, and I couldn't thank her enough! I was told they were under new ownership. This does NOT excuse a bridal shop to not have my wedding dress the night before the wedding. Good thing I called and checked, otherwise I would not have a dress at all. After all the confusion, I finally got my wedding dress at 8pm Friday evening; they should be thankful they have an amazing alteration lady (Mary) who tried to fix the mistake they had made. I recently went wedding dress shopping here. I had my heart set on a long sleeve dress but after my first couple of dresses I quickly found out that they didn't look as great as I thought they would. They were great at pulling dresses that would flatter my body type and the type of wedding I wanted. Once I tried on a dress that I really seemed to like, they instantly started putting a veil and jewelry options to make me envision what I would look on my wedding day! Additionally, they are very helpful with bridesmaid dresses. They do all the work for you by contacting everyone and picking dresses in your budget that look great! They do have a smaller selection of dresses than most big boutiques but the quality and designers are wonderful!! read more

I had a wonderful experience at She Said Yes! My consultant got me try a dress that I initially said no to, and it turned out to be the one that I liked the best. I was very excited about my appointment at She Said yes. However, my experience at the store will definitely keep me from going back as well as keep me from recommending it to anyone else. 1. When we arrived there was a party already there. There were several people including a professional photographer. However, when it was my turn to try on dresses the stylist - Farren practically yelled at my future mother in law when she took a picture of me with her cell phone. The one picture that she was able to snap also includes Farren shaking her finger at my future mother in law. Then we also noticed that the party after us had multiple people snapping pictures with their phones and they were never told to stop. 2. The stylist was not very helpful. She helped me get into my dress but that was it. I was not assisted in spreading the train, she didn't offer to get the platform to stand on so that I could see how the dress would hang. 3. When I asked about a veil she told me this is what we have and that is what you get. 4. She would not write down the price of the dress even after I found the one that I wanted. Needless to say, I didn't purchase my dress from She Said Yes. My advice: If you must, use this boutique as a place to try on a dress but buy it from someone who deserves the hundreds of dollars you will be spending on a dress. P.S. The veils are so ridiculously over priced for what you get. read more
