If my fiancé didn't want to shop here I would have turned around and walked back out. Maybe our fault for going tux shopping for our wedding during prom season.. but I would think that shouldn't matter as much as it did. As soon as we walked in the guy at the front desk snapped to us to sign in on the piece of paper and wait our turn. Didn't even make eye contact. I understand this is a busy time of year for them but it was completely unnecessary customer service for somebody who is going to be renting 6+ tuxes from them for our WEDDING. We decided to sign the sheet and wait our turn because we had this day planned to get this done, but when we looked at the sheet of notebook paper to put his name on, the options were "fitting" or "pick up" and said to allow 30 minutes for every person in front of us (there were 7 people in front of us). There were no extra associates to help with anything other than prom stuff. Needless to say we helped ourselves with looking at some options and will need to sit down and decide if we will use the company. read more

Jean Paul hooked up my husband with a last minute outfit. Fitted him for a suit, shirts, and shoes. Everything came out looking great. They even hemmed the pants and pressed everything while we were in the store. Awesome service. Couldn't be any happier. Thanks guys!! read more

Very polite and professional staff. Came in to get a suit coat tailored and was directed back to the tailor. I told her what I thought needed to be done and she took a look. She explained, in great detail, what needed and didn't need to be fixed. No up-sale at all. In fact, she eliminated some of the cost of my request. My fiance and went into the Men's Warehouse in Salisbury, MD to get information about renting tuxedos and suits for our wedding. We entered and not one associate looked up to even speak or say we will be with you as soon as we can. They walked passed us so close we could touch them. We were in the store about 10 minutes and still nothing. So we were very upset and left. I work in retail as well this is not a good way to do business. This occurred on Saturday 6/27/15. read more
