I've been a loyal customer of Men's Wearhouse on N Division St. since I moved to Spokane in January of 2015. I've always purchased my dress shirts, sports coats and a few suits at Men's Wearhouse on N Division St. Over the years, I've spent thousands of dollars at that store. I have a long body and it's difficult to find shirts in my size. Today I drove for Airway Heights to purchase 6 dress shirts because I've lost weight and my work shirts are too baggy. I needed assistance to help find my new size. I waited several minutes for someone to help. Finally, a young lady walked up to me and asked if I had scanned myself into the waiting line. I told her I didn't know what she was speaking about. She pointed to a sign with a QR code and said I needed to scan in if I needed assistance. I told her I don't do QR codes. She said that's the way they do things and I had to, in-order to be assisted. I was horrified! I politely said, in that case I don't need assistance and walked out. I am so angry and horrified that one can't even purchase clothing without using one's phone to scan into their system. What is this world coming to? Needless to say, I'm now looking for a new store to purchase my dress clothing, even if I have to travel to Coeur d'Alene, ID. read more

I will never come to this store again. not only did nothing fit right, and by fit I mean one was so huge it made our teenager look like he stole an outfit from Andre the giant. and other suits were to small, but missing vests, ties or suspenders. also the grooms jacket was completely the wrong color. tried to call all day to see if they were open during the fires and assumed there were not because they never answered the phone only to be told they were open and we would be charged late fees. the owner should let me take over customer service and creating memorable experiences before he goes out of business, as evidenced by zero customers everytime we have been in the store read more

I have a wedding coming up tomorrow on July 3rd 2026 where we spent lots of money on a venue, photographer, videographer, and not to mention each of my 7 groomsmen had to pay 250$ for a suit rental and not a single one of them is happy with the way it fits. Either the jackets look like they are children wearing grandpas coat or the sleeves on their shirts are way to short. My husband and I visited the Men's Wearhouse on N Division in Spokane to look for suits for our wedding reception. What should have been a joyful experience left us feeling ignored and unwelcome. The store wasn't busy. We were clearly a couple, clearly there to shop, and yet no one greeted us, offered help, or even acknowledged us. A solo male customer walked in after us and was immediately helped. The difference in treatment was glaring. It genuinely felt like we were being overlooked because we're a gay couple. In 2025, that kind of treatment is not just disappointing--it's dehumanizing. We came ready to spend money and invest in a special moment. Instead, we were made to feel like we didn't belong. In my 17 years of life I have never experienced such atrocious service. My junior prom is coming up and I was in desperate need of a suit yet I was unable to receive that sort of luxury. We were in that sad excuse of a store for well over an hour and we were not acknowledged in the slightest. There were about 6 employees in the store and not a single one could have helped us. I'm just in shock at the lack of care that those lower life forms had for my sister, mom, and I. At least have the common decency to put out some benches so my mom who has a bad back doesn't have to stand the whole time. So in conclusion, never go here, trust me you will regret it!!! read more

Absolute worst service. Went in three times. Once for a fitting, once for pickup and once to return. Fitting wasn't horrible but I had my appointment but there was no one there to help. They were more interested in selling suits off the racks to customers rather than rentals with appointments. Any which way, it was over 30 minutes from my appointment time to the time I got service. My fiancé picked up the suits for my groomsmen and myself but was unable and not allowed to open the garment bags to check against our receipt. Plus she was charged another $23 for something which was already prepaid for. They wouldn't give her an explanation nor the suits unless she paid. Needless to say she paid the extra. The next part is my own doing and somewhat their fault too. We didn't try them on for 2 days because we were really busy before the wedding. We tried them on the day of to find out the arm lengths were too short, collars too small, shirts were almost too short and pants were 2" above our shoes. What would they even have done if they had found out 2 days before the wedding? Honestly... with their service... nothing. Returned the suits on Sunday and the lady just pointed to the rack and turned her back on me. Placed the suits on the rack and had to get her attention. Told her the ordeal and she said there was nothing she could do or verify. I'll call a manager tomorrow and see how that goes but I have little confidence they will do anything to rectify the issues nor give me an explanation for the extra charges. I would highly recommend avoiding this place with any need for your special occasions. Lack of transparency, attention, customer respect and overall care will leave you disappointed and frustrated. ****just an update. First, I've been (now was) a long time two+ decade customer. My sons rented their prom tuxedos while in high school and I have bought MANY shirts, sweaters, jeans and a few suits over twenty five years in California and Nevada. A few years ago, this business decided to change their marketing and brand. The other day I walked in (since start of pandemic), and was greeted nicely. I browsed the store. My two stars are for the quality of clothing and staff towards other customers. So I'm browsing, I watch one employee with a bright flowered sport jacket telling a young 20 year old how good he looked. It was so ingenious, that I felt I was an extra in a bad Fox tv show cancelled weeks ago. I overheard one employee complaining about a customer...think of the hit show The Office...which was funny. Almost all long sleeve dress shirts were on the silky side, think Rayon. Majority of shirts are trim and fit. Short sleeve shirts were also on the silky side. Men's warehouse, your brand changed from all ages to 18-40 year olds. No wonder the company is near bankruptcy. It's sad that someone thought, hey let's get rid of clothing for all ages and let's just focus on youth. I'll never walk into another men's warehouse again....mostly due to the clothing and combined with the customer service....my 25-30 years of being a customer is the total age or older than the employees. read more

I had a fitting appointment in another city and asked that my rental order be sent here as I was traveling from out of state. A week before my scheduled pickup date I was notified that my rental was ready and they wanted me to come in and get it asap. I called the store and verified that I could pick it up on my scheduled day because I don't live in the Spokane area and the guy I was talking to seemed a little annoyed but said it would be fine, then hung up on me. Ok...thanks? The day I came in I was assisted by a very nice gentleman who was apparently a new employee, we checked to make sure the clothes and shoes in my rental were sized correctly and I was out of here in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, whoever assembled my rental forgot to include the cufflinks and I didn't notice they were missing until I was at my event. Some of the other guests at the event who also rented from this store received multiple sets of cufflinks or mismatched pairs. When I returned the rental a couple of days later I told the staff member who greeted me that the cufflinks weren't included when I picked up my rental. She said they could "probably" do a refund but they would need manager approval. I said don't worry about it because the cufflink charge was only $2.50 and it wasn't a big deal. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged a replacement fee. She said I could contact their corporate office if I had any problems later on. She brought my rental to the counter and another guy (maybe a manager or a senior employee, I'm not sure) very condescendingly told her she didn't need to drape the rental over the counter because "that's what the rack by the door is for". I felt a little sorry for her because I think she may have been a new employee as this guy also walked her through getting a receipt for me. Without saying hi or anything, he walks up to me and asks (well, I'd say demanded to know) if I took all of my personal belongings out of the bag before I brought it back. I said yes and then he walked off. Based on his voice and tone, I think he was the guy I talked to over the phone a week ago. I got my receipt and left. Hopefully the not-included cufflinks won't be an issue for me or the staff. I doubt I'll ever come back to this particular Men's Wearhouse. read more

It makes me really sad to see all the bad experiences because my husband and I had a great experience with Laura recently. My husband is officiating a wedding and the groom booked rentals for the wedding party. We had an issue with our booking because the groom did not understand the timeframe rentals come in (which is about 3 days) but we are traveling out of country for the wedding so we will need them for longer. Laura not only was super patient and understanding as we called the groom to discuss the issue, but she actively worked in finding a solution, for a problem that was realistically our fault. She got the rental manager Star involved and they spent caring time helping us fix our issue even as more customers began to fill in. Their professionalism and care was amazing and I could not recommend them enough. Look forward to picking up our rentals soon! read more

Terrible customer service. They wait until the last day to have a suit delivered so when there's any sort of delay (like there was for mine) they don't have the tux you paid $200 to rent. Do they give a discount or do anything at all to help make it right! Of course not! Yesterday i went to the Mens Warehouse in Spokane WA. I needed a tuxedo i could pick up in a different state so, i didn't have many options. I read the Yelp reviews on this store and was a bit apprehensive. I drove to the store expecting to have to make an appointment but, i wanted to see what they had. I walked through the door and within 3 steps i was greeted. I told them i needed a tuxedo in another state and they said it was no problem. Everyone there was very professional and extremely friendly. They helped me select the perfect tuxedo and got me measured up with no appointment. The employees that helped me were on point and knew what they were doing. Everything went absolutely perfect! I could not have had a better experience. Im not a bot nor do i know anyone that works for the franchise. I dont give out an excellent review unless it is earned. They did a great job for me so, give them a try. read more

Our story is steeped in disappointment. My son and his guys found it necessary to get measured multiple times. Returned trips to store was imperative because the guys were mis-measured by the sales staff each visit. Two days before the wedding the tuxes were still Awful. My husband and I went into a the division street location on Saturday, he was looking for more dress shirts (we had been there a few months before and he bought a suit at that time, and had a great experience then). When we walked in and started looking at some shirts, there was a female employee who greeted us right away and said she would have an associate come help us (she was with another customer). So we waited a short time and a gentleman came to help us (or so we thought). We asked him about the 3 shirts for $99, and told him we wanted to get the same style we had bought before, but in different colors. From that point we could tell that he was looking for an "out", he seemed frustrated with us when he got done looking up what we had gotten before, he took us over to the shirts, stayed for a minute, and said "I'll be right back", the walked up to another customer and asked if he could help him. Needless to say the employee never came back to us. One thing my husband and I think is because he was dressed in his carharts and jeans and not the type of customer the employee wanted to deal with and the other customer was dressed nicer, ithat the employee figured he wasn't going to get a big sale from us, so he went and helped someone who was buying a suit. After 45 minutes of waiting and no one coming to help us (many employees were busy with customers, and we understood), my husband walked out. I walked up to the lady that greeted us when we first walked in and she immediately apologized to me for having to wait. I told her that someone had came to help but then left us to help someone else. I pointed him out to her and she apologized for his behavior and said she would talk to him. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will be telling all of my engaged friends to not go here. If you want to be talked down to and judged - this is your place. I went in with my fiancé to look at the options for him and his groomsmen for our fall wedding. A woman greeted us and asked if she could help us, we told her what we were looking for. She then proceeded to talk down to us, imply that we didn't have money for what we wanted and said "good luck with that, honey" in the most condescending tone I have ever heard. My fiancé tried correcting her and explaining our situation but she continued to make comments and tell us that we were wrong in wanting certain colors and looking on Pinterest. She continued to berate us as we walked out the door. Men's Warehouse lost our business and should lose more if that is the kind of service they give to paying customers. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Tried twice to purchase a egiftcard for my father and they were horrible online, so we tell him to go into Men's warehouse to purchase a couple suits. He walks in and nobody even asks if he needs help. Completely discrimination - they completely profiled him like they didn't think they could make any money off of him. Then a young kid who looked like he was going to graduate high school walked in with his family and the arrogant sales reps flocked to them and greeted them. Was my father greeted? not once. He was finally able to get some help and the manager of the store was horrendous. When asked about the sale, he was rude and said "oh that's the clearance items over there" and just waved him off. A young new sales man was the only one nice to him and you know what, he actually came to spend money, so clearly this store doesn't want our money. After purchasing two suits, he asks about the belts and pricing and the sales rep tried to respond. Then was complete reprimanded by an arrogant manager (or maybe assistant - definitely someone in charge). So unprofessional. Although he had to purchase a few items because of urgency, he nor I nor anyone we know will ever be back to any Men's warehouse because of the horrible experience. Should never judge a book by its cover. these sales reps thought he was old and wasn't worth their time, so they treated him horrible. I'm not sure if I have posted on here about my experiences with the Wearhouse but if not here goes. I will start with saying I used to be a good customer of Joseph A Bank which located on Main Street in Downtown Spokane. It was a great relationship lasting as long as the store was there some 15 years (think I'm right) and they supplied me with much of my formal wardrobe including suits, tuxedos, tuxedo shirts, bow ties, cufflinks and studs among other things. Kara, Ben, Zac, Doug and others always looked after me and made sure that I had what I needed. The best part was they did this without belittling or insulting me. I was sad when Ben called me to tell me corporate had decided to close the store due to low numbers. This was also after a three month (maybe more) closure due to the pandemic. I figured that Men's Wearhouse would step up and continue to offer the same customer service to the form JAB customers. Was I ever wrong!The first time I walked into the store I was dressed in one of my custom tuxedos including bow tie, cummerbund, very nice white French cuff tuxedo shirt and matching cufflinks and studs (you get the idea). I had buying some new bow ties on my mind but when the clerk started yelling at me, I knew I had to get out. I knew that they had fired Ben earlier but I didn't expect to be treated this way. Then the manager saw me (he used to be a buddy in high school) and HE started in on me too. That clinched it! I walked to the door and got out. I then decided to email or phone the main office in Texas and relay all that happened in my visit. Mind you, my complaints joined a huge list that Men's Wearhouse Corporate had been compiling for quite a while. All they could say was we're sorry, we'll look into it, we'll retrain this store. Problem is the manager and assistant manager are still there and this behavior has been happening for more than ten years (people in the area who know of this behavior don't shop at Men's Wearhouse as they are tired of being treated this way). I'm wondering what will it take to have Corporate come in and change this particular Men's Wearhouse store culture so that people can be comfortable shopping here again? Oh yes, when I wanted to get a new custom tux this fall, I went to Nordstrom and bought an Indochino Black Watch tuxedo and was treated like royalty as I was being measured. All throughout this sale the salesperson never once treated me like I was dirt, but like I was his only priority of the day. Even after the tuxedo arrived, the salesman kept trying to find the matching bow tie (unfortunately no cummerbund) for me and is still looking. Indochino is still out of the bow so I may be forced to wear the tuxedo with a black bow tie which is still fine. The point here is that customer service from each store is miles apart but the difference is immediately apparent: yelling at a customer and demanding they leave (even dressed in a tuxedo) is no way to become a good store! The store who hires salespersons who work with a customer (no matter how the customer dresses) to get what they want will immediately go from good to outstandingly great and will insure much repeat business. From my point of view, while Nordstrom might be more expensive, they are now my choice for menswear because their customer service is totally outstanding and they treat their customers the way they wish to be treated themselves. Like the customer is priority one. This is something the other company will never understand until they rid themselves of the people who won't focus on making the customer a higher priority than sales numbers. My fiancé and I were going on vacation and we needed him to go find a formal outfit to match my dress. He went in and was assisted by a wonderful woman (to whom I am supremely grateful) named Deanna. He basically said he could not have been happier with the experience and that she really helped him and listened to his needs and wants. The outfit he came home with was amazing and we looked like 2 million bucks at our special event! So thanks for the experience and the excellent commitment to your customers. I tried it on and they repackaged it. The day of the wedding I opened it up and there was NO SHIRT! This was 2 hours before the wedding and we were already in Coeur D'Alene. I had to call the bride 2 hours before her wedding to see if she could have someone pick it up. When we got the shirt the new one had wrinkles on it and was stained (I'll upload the picture) but it was too late we had to use it because the wedding was starting. The whole thing cost $80 since we didn't have jackets. I called the manager and she refunded me $35. $45 to go through that? No thanks. Purchased a new suit from mens warehouse on N division for work. The salesman was delightful and helped with alterations and picking a nice tie and shirt. After my money was taken, everything went wrong. My spouse picked up suit as I was unable to do so. Unfortunately, the pants were not the pants I tried on or had marked for alterations... they were a different size altogether and could not be buttoned comfortably... 2 in smaller. The alterations on sleeves were not even and looked 'bunched'. When my wife called to return suit she was subjected to a battery of questions and bad attitude and was challenged about the issues. This has been a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and drive past... the ratings are real! read more

The other day I went in with my fiancée for suit fitting (ps not technically our suit fitting, it was for another wedding we would be going to) Anyways I had scheduled a suit fitting for one in the evening and mind you it was already a drive up there so I wanted to actually make sure I was going to be fitted. We went in 20 mins early just to make sure since they seemed a bit busy and I couldnt find my appointment time. When we walked in we weren't even greeted by anyone. There were some other people being helped as well as some walking around waiting to be helped. I decided to stand in some sort of a line hoping I would be helped. There were two guys at the counter. One guys seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and the other guy seemed rude and irritated. I even saw him curse, probably to himself, as he was typing away at the computer. Turns out he was helping another couple for their suits for their wedding and seemed extremely rude to them when he was talking to them.. Very unprofessional.. Anyways we waited for about 20 mins and I was okay at first since my appointment supposedly was at 6pm. By the time 6pm rolled around almost half of the workers decided to clock out and just kinda started to laugh as they walked out the door! Heck even one girl walked up to another guy who was already being helped and we were behind him, waiting to be helped and she went "have u been helped?" The man said yup and she's like okay and walks over to her coworker to say okay I'm going home!" As she walks back the computers and clocks out knowing full well there were 2-3 other customers waiting for suits.. my fiancée and I waited for a little bit longer to see if anyone would help us and then another guy ended up clocking out so there were two workers in the whole store for about 2-3 customers. ‍ Even one of the guys that I mentioned (the one who was struggling) said "yeah we only have two people in the store for 3-4 more hours." What! Why would you even bother to stay open late if you can't staff well! I have already disliked menswear's house since 2016 cause they were extremely rude to my date and I during prom season and still seem to be that way! They are over priced. Not helpful, rude and the website is a pain too! Definitely won't rent or buy anything from here if I can help it!! read more

After being assured everything was in order, the groom and the groomsman went to pickup our tuxes. They only had 3 of the 8 but should be able to track them and we could pickup the next day. The next day we called, talked to Kevin (the store manager) and were told they would call back. Never did. Then we called Kevin again and were told they would not be able to get the tuxes on time. Needless to say, we had a frantic bride on our hands. Thank god for the Tuxedo Gallery. They were able to get all the guys in, fitted and out the door in two hours. Horrible. First off, dusty and disorganized store, with limited options. Came in to the manager frantic trying to hunt down an order they lost! And never found!!! Despite the mistake we still wanted to give them a chance. (Hope it was a simple mistake) But we waited for assistance at the desk to place our order for 15 to 20 min while they helped the two other people THAT CAME IN AFTER US!! Never were we greeted or said that they would be with us in a moment. Horrid customer service and will not be ordering anything through them! And I suggest you don't either! With no hellos and a subtle goodbye, We stood around aimlessly looking at ties. Not knowing which were rentals and which were to buy We approached a sales associate with the devil in his eye. If I could give zero stars I totally would. We walked in looking for a specific tux that they had shipped to the store because they didn't have my fiancé's size in store. The matching pants were unfortunately never restocked in his size so we asked for help which was from the manager, a dark haired woman. She said that they can make us a tux and pants within 3 weeks but it way out of the budget we specifically told her. So we asked if we can get a bigger size of the first choice pants we wanted and get it hemmed instead, but she said we had to pay for it to get it shipped to the store to buy. Which was untrue because we didn't pay for the jacket in his size to be shipped to the store. She wanted us to do it her way and buy a made from scratch suit which way out of our budget. She was not a problem solver in all honesty and refused to help so she belittled us instead. Also very condescending in her tone and as soon as we said no to her on the made from scratch suit, she started talking down on my fiancé and I. We don't need a happy go lucky sales rep, we needed help in solving a problem that the warehouse gave us in the first place. The manager was unhelpful and unkind. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. We had great experience in Boise (which is the only other one we've been to), but this location in North Spokane is absolutely terrible. read more

My fiancé and I drove from Coeur d Alene on Saturday, April 4th, hoping to order 9 suits from Men's Wearhouse, but instead, when we arrived no one acknowledged us and when we asked how the process worked, we were told by a young rude girl to put your name on the list and we will try to get to you. We waited 45 minutes and then I went up to her again and asked if it would be possible to be measured as well today? She ignored me ,turned away, and started talking. I asked her, "are you talking to me, because you're not even making eye contact with me". I crossed our name off the list and she could have cared less to watch us leave. We ended up going down the road to Bridal Collections where we were treated with exceptional customer service and was able to order 9 suits for half the price. read more

While the suit itself was great, the service was rather slow and inattentive. Suit quality overall was very good and I enjoyed wearing it. It fit my needs and did not need to be adjusted nearly at all. They gave me a pretty sweet price match deal as well. Customer service is very minimal because it seems that they're understaffed, constantly talking about other people rather than just getting the customer at hand delt with. Came for a Tux to wear to the Mayor's Our Town Gala. Stayed for the snotty condescending attitude. The minimum wage red headed chick was a treat. We must have been such an inconvenience to her and the guy with the pretty hair and nice shoes. I think my wife and I interrupted their conversation, the disdain from the employees towards paying customers here is palpable. The 8 or so employees they keep on hand remind me of Secret Service agents. Glaring at you and circling in for the kill. You feel like you did something wrong just walking into this place. They make you feel like something between a mark and an annoyance. The girl that helped with my Tux fitting was nice, apart from the phantom charges that were added to the bill after quoting a price (I understand this part, they need to make money but I appreciate frankness and honesty up front...as most people do) she was a lone bright spot to our encounter. The red head snarking at me like a Nick The IT Guy was a little much. Comcast has better customer service than this place... The Tux was nice, fit was good, but the attitude from people who make the same money as the guy putting boogers on my Big Mac at local Mickey D's was a little unsettling. I'd try somewhere else, price is about the same elsewhere...people can make a difference. read more

There was a little red line on the shirt I tried on (about 0.2 inch) and they forced me to buy the shirt for $70. It was so obvious that the shirt was used before. Yet, they claimed they just opened it from its box. I had to cancel my order and get the shirt although it WAS NOT my size. The service was terrible from the very beginning to the end of my visit.
