I was waiting for my brother to get off Happy Nails Spa. To kill time, I walked over to Men's Warehouse which is next door. There was a small clearance section for $19.99-24.99 for shirts and pants. Customer service has tanked here. The employees are rude and don't have any clue about their products. Cannot answer simple questions. We were "greeted" by some lady yelling across the store at us for not scanning a QR code we couldn't see when we walked in and the place is filthy and poorly stocked. read more

We were there to get my nephew a suit for his Father's funeral. Austin assisted. He was helping several other customers so he was busy. But we waited. We told him we needed it by Wednesday. He said we could expedite the alterations. But, it was $40. I said that's ok. Long story short. They failed to have it ready. When it was delivered, the vest was missing and the alterations were incomplete. The sleeves weren't let out as needed. I am expecting compensation for this poor experience. We also need the vest. I did tell my nephew to return the suit. But, that would mean another trip to Topeka so I don't know if he will do that. read more

My family and I went to get measured and look for suits for my wedding. While they were measuring a guy in a red plaid shirt was asked to measure my 2 year old nephew and he looked at his coworker and said "F you" to him. The whole time he was measuring my nephew he was turning to his coworkers and telling them he was pissed that he had to measure my nephew. He was super rude so we left after getting measured and will never go back. read more

I just had the greatest experience shopping at Men's Wearhouse. I worked with a great young guy named Dillonwho was really attentive and help me find what I needed and it fits in with what I have and looking forward to shopping there again I highly recommend shopping at Men's Wearhouse it's awesome read more

Planning a Quineanera is no joke. It's crazy work. For that I have to give big props to the young lady that helped me create the group, pick colors, and tux styles all under 30 minutes. I appreciate someone who really listens as sticks to my budget. So thank you so much for making this task easy. Your awesome Men's Wearhouse Topeka!!! Also every time I call this young lady handles all my changes with the same courtesy. In retail I know a lot of people look for over the top chatter and smiles to make them feel important. I just want someone polite that answers my specific questions and makes things happen. Again, thank you for an awesome experience. read more

I would not recommend Men's Warehouse for any tuxedo rentals. We were not given clear rates on what would be included with the rentals and what would be extra. When it was time to pick them up, 75% of the tuxedos were wrong ie: colors and sizes which included shoes, vests, ties, etc. This wasn't just one time, it was each guy that went in had an issue and had to go back to get things resolved - in one case, 3 times! Who puts a men's size 12 shoes in with a little boy's size 5 tux? Go to your local florist. Men's Warehouse is expensive and not worth it. read more

For the first time in my life have I had my purchased clothing items thrown in a bag in a ball. Did not fold the $90 shirts at all. Threw them in carelessly, like you would dirty clothes in a hamper, no exaggeration. read more

I would absolutely recommend this store as long as you are someone that is a little comfortable with negotiating for price. My husband and I bought the whole nine yards - suit (on sale), shirt, tie, belt, shoes, and overcoat. He doesn't need a new suit very often - just for weddings and funerals. The sales person listened to what we wanted and really worked with us on price. The total was no more than the sales at Kohls. A definite advantage was someone helping to determine a proper fit. Kohls has absolutely no one to help with this. The fit issue itself was worth a little extra money. read more

The staff at Men's Wear house is so rude and lazy. They are willing to the least amount of work and will never do more than that. I have been to Men's Wear house a lot recently because I got my husband's suit for our wedding there. The staff was rude and nasty during the whole finding/fitting of the suit. More recently, I went in to buy dress shirts and I accidentally bought the wrong sizes. I went back about a week later and told one of the employees that I wanted to exchange shirts for the correct sizes and different colors. She started the process and started barking orders for the other employees to find the correct sizes. I told her that I wanted different colors. She stated loudly and gruffly "You didn't tell me that!" In fact, I did tell her that. She just wasn't listening because she was too busy talking to the other employees telling them that they were going to have to fold the shirts I was taking back. Needless to say, I will never be back into a Men's Wear house ever again. read more
