My son's rented tux for prom looked great. Easy try on; fit was excellent and price reasonable. Sorry for the bear pic- that is not my son but it would not delete !

Yesterday I went to Kohl's, JCPenney, TJ Maxx, and I could not find a single thing that looks good or was in my size. I was starting to freak out since I need this for tomorrow and was running out of options. I found blueprint5 on yelp and gave him a call. He was super helpful, asked me what I was looking for, etc. Upon entering I was greeted by his dog blue. What an awesome dog! So we are off to a great start. These are not off the rack regular dress shirts. They are made in Italy and he designs them, chooses the fabric, etc. and they are great quality. Was this way more than I wanted to spend on a few shirts? Yes. But considering I have not invested in any wardrobe items in a while, it was time. Jim is going to have me looking like a million bucks in my photos tomorrow. I will definitely be back. PS they offer free alterations for anything you purchase which is great. Tony the tailor was not there so I was not able to get my shirts pressed. But it's nice to know if I need any alterations that they will be done in a high-quality, and best of all free, manner.

Updated: After getting married on June 25th, on a beautiful day in Monterey California, I have decided to update my review. Everything I said before still applies, but I can't believe how comfortable the suit was to wear on the day of my wedding. It was 72 degrees and sunny and I never felt hot or uncomfortable. The fabric was amazingly soft and light. BluePrint5 did an amazing job and made me feel elegant and awesome on the day of my wedding.

Most people don't know how to use them, and then if you need to make a return you're waiting in line forever with the people making purchases, so it's a mess. Usually this store has stuff literally all over the place, it used to be so clean but now there's just stuff always in the isles- between the carriages and you moving around others can become like real like Mario-cart. I feel like I seldom find good deals unless if it's in the clearance section. The clearance section and added coupons you can find some deals, but even that selection is scarce and it's catered to just like crop tops, belly shirts and shorts most of the time. Regular prices items are really high, but I believe they do this so the coupons make it appear you're getting a great deal, which seldom do you. The associates act like you don't exist. And pretty much don't acknowledge you at all. I do like that they have an Amazon drop off in the store though. Those employees are nice, and it's very quick when all I have to do is return something that I didn't need or like from Amazon. Otherwise I'm not shopping in here, Kohls has changed so much, and I don't like it anymore.

We were told there would be an email sent when the tuxes arrived, but that never happened. When we picked up the tuxes, the sales associate handed them to me and said enjoy the rest of your day and didn't offer for the boys to try them on. I asked for them to try the tuxes on there and was I thankful I did that. One of my sons pants were about 6 inches too short. The pants only had 4 inches to give. So after spending hundreds of dollars on 2 wedding tux rentals, I was told not to worry, that it will be less noticeable with black socks? And that the "new look is a shorter, ankle one" and the sales assoc pointed to his skinny tapered ankle khakis. I told him I don't know much about Mens clothing, but I don't think there's a comparison to skinny pants and a tuxedo pant. They did the best they could with the pants but they were still obviously short. My others sons vest was huge, and the tie came way below the vest. The sales associate said it was fine and to just tighten the vest and make sure the tie was tucked in for photos. When the vest was tight, it created a huge bulge in the chest and back. It truly looked horrible. I asked him if there were any options. He said he could get a vest and smaller tie overnighted. The wedding was the next day. I asked if it could be delivered to a personal address since we had planned on leaving early for some family events. The only place they said it could be delivered was the store and that someone would call me as soon as it arrived. So we had to skip the family brunch in the morning. No one ever called. And when I called to check, they were in. When I went to the tuxedo shop in the store the sales associates were with other customers. I waited about 20 min with no eye contact or a word from anyone. I went downstairs and the only gentleman who seemed to care about the customers understood the situation, ran upstairs to get the items and quickly gave them to me. I have to say with the cost of the rentals, the time spent there and 4 trips, I would not recommend this store. I do not know why it would be difficult to obtain simple measurements, something that we learn in grade school. The staff acts entitled but with the level of incompetence I don't know how they can behave in such a way

This retail area consisted of wooden push-carts that were used to retail various products. He became curious on why pushcarts were not in the center aisle of shopping malls. Gary quickly convinced his parents and grandfather to loan him $2,600 to buy a beautiful oak pushcart and the cart was placed in the center of Warwick mall. Selling from a shoe box - cash register, the initial products on the cart in October of '81 were printed shoelaces (a hot fad) and Rubik's Cubes. The cart became an instant hit, and as the story goes, the pushcart would soon roll into other malls throughout new England . Throughout the years the push-cart concept of retailing was replaced by a large kiosk in Warwick Mall and even a few stores called land of aahs. Additionally, Aah La Cart had other specialty retail concepts under its umbrella Al C sports (which was very successful with retailing NE Patriots Super Bowl merchandise), the tremendously successful RI Costume (Halloween retail store) and various pop up shops like the holiday season 2017 - go games - calendars. Between 2010 and today it has found its niche by focusing exclusively on pop-up shops. The future of the company will be with both pop-up shops and a new e-commerce platform. Currently, due to the demand in e-commerce sales, Aah la cart is embarking on a new online sales division titled WhereIsRI.com ... where you can find fun and humorous Rhode Island themed t-shirts and so much more!....this particular store is the brick and mortar front of the business and they do have a lot of stuff that will scream Rhode Island ! Not knowing where to start, a family member suggested we visit Carl Anthony tuxedo. We walked in and were greeted immediately. Our sales person, Taylor, made the process quick and easy. She went through the options of renting vs buying a suit and took some measurements. We decided to rent the blue suit (for $229 which comes with a button down shirt you get to keep, plus a tie, and shoes to wear for the event) and buy the black suit (for $299 plus alterations) She took our deposit and we were done. After we arrived, multiple white customers came in after us and were helped immediately--greeted, toured through the store, and shown suit options by several staff members. Meanwhile, we were told to "look around" and left standing without any assistance. This happened repeatedly--each time a white couple entered, they were prioritized while we were overlooked. The most blatant moment was when a white couple was shown matching shoes right in front of us, while we stood less than a foot away still waiting. No one in our group is white, and the stark contrast in treatment felt racially motivated. We waited over 30 minutes before someone finally came over to help us, and even then, the staff member seemed visibly annoyed that we were trying on suits. This was supposed to be a celebratory moment for a groom preparing for his big day. Instead, it became a frustrating experience marked by unequal treatment. We truly hope this business reflects on how it treats all its customers moving forward.
