We started the class upstairs and the instructor Kat, light skin, grew hair, was such a great teacher! She was extremely funny and witty. My last experience in a five hour class was horrible I fell asleep, the teacher only put on a video , didn't speak and didn't give us any paper or a pen to take notes. However Kat had us all prepared. She encouraged participation, you can tell she has a genuine love for safety. And as a new driver I appreciated that. It kept me attentive and actually wanting to learn. This school is really great, I hate the area but I would definitely come back for anything else I need.
