Claims a "2 year health guarantee," (no contract and nothing in writing, just a claim), but when on the line for it, only claims a 1 year guarantee which was a moot point because the puppy was less than 3 months old. His guarantee is apparently only a replacement puppy from him. Refused to give a refund. After his lack of communication and being treated poorly, there's no way our family would ever accept another puppy from him. Shady business.
