This location has a decent amount of space for working solo or with a group. They also offer private meeting rooms for conference calls and a kitchenette for snacking. I stumbled into this place after getting a beverage at Neat Coffee, which serves almost as Fldwrk lobby area. I decided to check it out and work for a few hours at a cost of $15. If you're a member of Fldwrk, it will cost you about $160 a month, which gets unlimited access to meeting rooms, extra guest privileges, and use of both locations, Costa Mesa and Fullerton. Personally I think thats pricey for what this location has to offer especially because you can get a portable Wi-Fi jet pack for $40 a month and then just post up at any coffee shop and get the same experience at a third of the cost. I might hit up their Fullerton location if I'm in the area solely based on the pictures, but I don't see myself coming to this location again or becoming a member.

Our photographer booked this place for our family photoshoot. There are 2 backdrops; one white seamless backdrop & one black backdrop. The white one which we didn't use but walked on it. Kids were posing on it. The front lady warned us and said IF we continue being on it, they will need to charge us for the cleaning fee ... So we stopped. However, at the end of our photoshoot, she still made us pay $75 extra repainting fee! They went back on their word and made us pay regardless. We found out later on their web terms of agreement, it states that "CYC wall comes as-is. If you wish it to be repainted for your booking, please requested it in advance. The repainting fee is $49." They are just rip-offs! They try to squeeze in extra unsupported charges to our event. The backdrop was already dirty to begin with. In addition, our photographer told the studio that there will be 17 people for the shoot. He booked 2 hours and paid for them in full beforehand. On the day of the shoot and after the shoot was done, the studio told the photographer that he needs to pay extra $5 per person for party above 10 people! My photographer said they never mentioned it on the agreement! So the studio gave my photographer an ultimatum; either he pays for the extra cost or he doesn't come back anymore. Who does buainess like that?!!
