Christina has been cosmetically tattooing and waxing my eyebrows for over a year now. From my very first visit, when I filled out the usual paperwork and Q&A, I noticed how attentive she was to my sensitivity and comfort. Today, I added a facial service--and once again, Christina went above and beyond. She asked if I would like a knee pillow or a soft blanket, what kind of music I preferred, and whether I was too hot or too cold. Before each step of the facial, she softly explained what she was going to do next, just as she has always done with my cosmetic tattooing. If I felt like chatting, she was happy to listen and converse with me. And if I wanted some quiet time, she simply asked me to let her know. I truly appreciated that. The minute I walked into her private studio, I was amazed. It is absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about the customer service I received from Patsy and Linda. Patsy, the R.N. massage therapist, and Linda, their associated manicurist, are simply unpleasant to deal with. I came very close to walking out after five minutes because of the rude way Patsy spoke with me when I went in yesterday for my treatment appointments. I am glad I stayed for only one reason: Whitnee, who was my facialist. She was appalled by Patsy's rudeness and profusely apologetic once we were alone, but she managed to turn the situation around with her warmth and graciousness. If for no other reason, I hope the owner reads this to know of Whitnee's professionalism. **On a sidenote, Whitnee, my skin looked very good when I woke up this morning. Whatever you put on it smelled fantastic too. I have your card and will be happy to follow you if you were to ever move on.** :-) I spoke to both Patsy and Linda a total of five times over the telephone and was taken aback by their brusqueness. People like them should not be answering phones! Because of them, I will not be back. I also noticed that the floors of the massage room were dirty underneath a stack of pillows in the corner. (I needed to grab one for underneath my stomach while lying on the massage bed.) As for my manicure appointment, I will not even bother re-scheduling with Linda at this point. I get the feeling that if she has a tendency to be snappish over the phone, perhaps she is even more so in person. I am embarrassed that I also purchased one of these offers for my mother. Ironically, the whole point for doing promos such as the one I purchased is to increase clientele volume, but the only effect I perceive it having is spreading the word that you may receive seriously disappointing customer service.
