I'm thrilled Julie has chosen to open her business and offer her services to Redding. I have been able to enjoy a facial (spring for the light therapy!), brow lamination, and a lash lift. My skin is wildly sensitive and I have a light complexion at that, each of which Julie was mindful of with each service. Any blondies looking to get a lash lift, I recommend the black/blue option! Friends and family alike have mentioned how I've been glowing and I'm sure Julie had a hand in that. Since opening, there seems to be a rotating set of monthly specials--which is how I came to try out the lash lift-- that further incentivize me to try out new to me services.
