After the Insurer dropped me because of the type of roof I had, my mortgage company put a new policy in place without my knowing. Randy set up a replacement policy that would cover the roof and when we found out about the Banks policy, he walked me through a side-by-side comparison of the policies. He pointed out that the banks policy was for an owner who is renting their house out and was not what I needed since I live in the home. He and his staff made several calls to my mortgage bank and the other insurance company when we realized that the mortgage company sent my payment to the wrong company. To make a long story short, they were able to resolve the issue and get me the full refund versus the partial refund that the other insurance was trying to keep.
