We chose Kaiko as our attorney thinking they would provide us proper attorney services and we would be able to get the contract process started. Little did we know, they delayed the contract signing by mentioning that there may be some issues with the condo which will likely be addressed if they did their due diligence by reviewing board minutes. We went out of our way to chase documents when it was their job to do so, we had to call back and forth with Kaiko to get a simple response that addressed our questions. We would call Kaiko's office and then ask if they reached out to condo management, THEN they would email management during our call to ask because they did not email at all! At the end of the day, if youre looking to use them as attorneys, I WOULD NOT recommend them because your deal may fall through due to negligence.
