Grabbed my coat and went over on a Friday afternoon. It looked busy but pleasantly surprised there was no wait for the tellers. The bank is always clean and I never have to worry about how sanitary anything is. Preface this review by saying I've always received good customer service at this location and never had any issues in my decades with this branch. Was created as I walked through the door by the teller (sorry! I forgot your name and didn't grab a receipt). She was super friendly, provided great customer service and was speedy and thorough. Originally I had accepted that I'd probably get older $2s but was pleasantly surprised when the $2s and $1s I was grabbing were all brand new, crisp bills. This is extra pleasing since I wanted to use the $2s for red envelopes for Chinese New Year. The teller noticed I had an upcoming birthday and asked if it was okay if she and her coworkers could gather to sing happy birthday to me. I appreciate that she asked first and just didn't do it. With everything happening I said sure thinking they weren't serious. Turns out they were serious and that it's something offered at this branch location. So that's the TLDR story of how Wells Fargo bankers and tellers sang happy birthday to me at the bank. Talk about personalized service. No pictures cause who wants their banking needs photographed.

Their online banking is easy, and the folks in this bank took the time to help me set up Bill Pay, to do most of my recurring payments automatically online. They're also good about answering questions- we've had 2 mortgages and a boatload of student loans- they have no problem sitting down with us and figuring out if we're using the right programs or whatever. The bankers are friendly, and seem to remember us when we go back, which is nice. Once, I brought in an entire Jack Daniels bottle full of coins. Bad idea- the coins went in easy, but when I tried to dump them in the coin machine, they all just jammed in the neck of the bottle. One of the tellers came over and very skillfully extracted those coins for me, saying he was used to doing it. They have a drive through that isn't usually too busy, and 2 ATMs for after hours- the good kind that you can instantly deposit checks and stuff with.

Horrible service from walk in, phone, loan processing & online…read more I was denied a loan for absolutely no reason and they hit my credit report twice in one day. They are rude. They don't reply to email or voice mail once you aren't approved to explain why I was denied. I went across the road to OneMain Financial & was approved for more money within an hour. I'll be reporting to the credit bureau when getting my credit report fixed. I'm going to walk in stand in front of the woman's desk that nicked my credit until she resolves it and apologizes. Then closing my accounts and moving them. I'm sure my family will follow. Don't waste your time at Blaze or at least the Woodbury location; there isn't anything positive in my experience.

Also if the teller needs you to sign a piece of paper, you will have to wait until a banker is available, cause they cant give you a piece of paper over video call. This bank customer service is horrible and inconvenient. Makes me wonder if the reason why there is not a lot staff there and we have to schedule appointment is to help save money for them. The rates are still the same as other credit unions not competitive. Withdrawal my money from this bank and moved somewhere else. I got no time for inconvenience, bad customer service, and no good rates in return.
