I'm not usually very picky with hotel rooms, but it took changing rooms 3 times at this hotel before I got about the minimum acceptable room (working lights/locks, clean, etc). Hotel staff was rude on more than one occasion, and seemed to blame me for the rooms not meeting my standards. At over 350 euros per night, this is definitely not worth the money. No amenities at the hotel, wifi only works down in the main lobby, and you have to pay for breakfast each morning and it's not even quality food. Save your money by staying somewhere else along the trains to get down to this area. I'm checking out early because of my poor experience here, and will never stay in another Mercure, especially not this one. read more
