I actually fell upon this place on a whim on Mother's Day to get a last minute massage. This was the only place I found that was available for me to walk in right away. Once you get through the language barrier of making the appointment, I have to say it was the best 30 minute back massage I've ever gotten. In terms of the language barrier, when I was asking if I could come in right away, it felt like I didn't get a confirmation and the conversation was ended with a dead dial tone. When I called back again she did confirm that it was okay to walk in. When I got there two ladies popped out and they were nice and welcoming. You pay up front before the massage. $2 extra for credit card. Then in the massage room, the first 10 minutes is a slow build up. I felt like with the language barrier I needed to speak up more of what I preferred. So I had to mention I had a bad kink on my lower right back that I'd like her to work on. Then I had to ask for a little harder massage. She asked if I wante oil and I said yes. Then after a slower first 10 minute start I asked for more emphasis on my lower right kink on my back again. She asked if there was pain. I said yes. Then she started the magic work of bringing the hot stones as a free addition. I've never had a masseuse use all six hot stones to build up to sooth the pain on my pack before. She started with 2 then added 2 more then another 2. She lined all 6 stones in 3 rows of 2 along my spine and used the heat to sort out the kink on my lower right back. Her massage got deeper and more intense as she navigated all around my back. There was light focus on the leg and arms and no front massage in the 30 minutes but it was the perfect bit of massage I needed to feel better about my back. read more

I called ahead of time to see if they accepted a gift card that was given to me from spa finder ( this location was in the list from spa finder) but I called just to triple check. It was difficult over the phone and I couldn't make it any more clear, but she said they do accept it. The best reflexology l've had in a very very long time! The place is nice and clean and I love that when you first come in they ask you from 1-5 the pressure you want. We got a foot massage for 60 min and honestly the best part is when they incorporated the head, shoulders and arms as part of the massage. I always love a good scalp and face massage. I have been looking for local massage places since the one that I used to like going to temporary closed. I saw this massage place as I was driving by it, so I decided to give it a try. In the beginning, it was hard to relax because the privacy aspect wasn't 100% there. I kept hearing conversations in the background and people coming in and out of the front door, but the lady who gave me my massage, was excellent. I actually fell asleep a couple times with her. Downside: There was only one young lady there who spoke English and it was very difficult for me to communicate with the woman who was massaging me. Don't ask me why, but they had me pay first, which I thought was weird, and they didn't ask me if I wanted to add tip then. At the end, the lady who massaged me, literally snatched the credit card out of my hand and said that she was going to charge $10 for tip. When I told her that I wanted to give her $7 for tip, she got upset and she was impatient waiting by the credit card machine to see whether or not the transaction for the tip went through. I was just turned off by her attitude. The massage was good, but she was a little too eager (and rude) to get that money. read more

On their yelp it says that if you check in with yelp it's $30 for foot and body for 1 hour and when we got there they said we couldn't because the owner wasn't there to approve it. First of all, the place was nice and clean and the young woman at the door was friendly and helpful. i got the hour combo massage which was $35 (that's a very good deal I hope it lasts). The lady who gave me the massage was professional and listened to my special needs to focus on my ankles and soles. I happened to use the restroom afterwards and it was clean. Just had my first massage here on a walk-in. Olivia was able and sensitive. 60 min full-body for $40 was reasonable. The environment is clean and peaceful, if dim. English didn't feel fluent, here but attitudes were friendly. I asked for deep tissue, and seemed to have received a combination massage that included hot oil and stones. It's possible that bring a walk-on, you take what you can get. I wasn't disappointed, and felt much better. There was no attempt to get familiar. I was shown to a room and had to ask if I should strip completely. Olivia eventually came in and just got right to it, occasionally asking if the pressure was okay. It was later I learned her name, and she made an effort to chat over my after massage tea. If I have complaints, it would be that I wish she'd dig in deeper until I had to tell her to lighten up. That way we would have found the right pressure together. As it was, a good first time, and if I go back, I'll likely ask for her and suggest at the start that she try to go deeper. You may know how it's necessary to develop communication with a regular masseuse. I'm glad I stopped here, and the price and convenience to where I live makes it likely I'll go back. read more
