My skin feels refreshed, youthful and glowing. The spa is beautiful, peaceful and very aesthetic and the owner, Laurel, is very sweet and caring and makes sure you leave happy and satisfied. The next morning I called and made an appointment for that afternoon for my daughter and I. Right before we left the house my daughter felt sick and was not able to come with me. As soon I arrived I informed them on what was happening with her and I apologize for the last mint cancelation. The place was empty and I was the only client. When I went to pay for my service I was told there was a cancellation fee for my daughter. I explained the situation to whom I think was the owner, but she really didn't care. I paid the cancellation fee and left. As a new customer this was very disappointing. Before this, I was planning to go back with my daughter since the lady that did my message was nice and knowledgeable, but I'm back to searching for another place. A bit of advice for the owner, you lost 2 new clients for $25. You should really take a course on customer service.
