Upon entering, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and offered me water and or tea while explaining the process. Christina approached me immediately, and it was evident that she genuinely enjoys her work and attentively listens to her clients. I shared my concerns and past experiences, and she responded with expertise and thoroughness. Her explanations were clear, and her touch was incredibly gentle. I didn't experience any pain or bruising afterward. I'm definitely planning to return for more treatments. Thank you so much, Christina, for providing me with such an amazing experience.

Short story, they harassed me at work the next day MULTIPLE times, about not having it on file that I canceled, had the nerve to ask me for screen shots of my call log to prove I called etc, I said sure! Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

When I went to pay for my service I was told there was a cancellation fee for my daughter. I explained the situation to whom I think was the owner, but she really didn't care. She gave what she had in her purse because she genuinely appreciated the massage. She was not trying to underpay anyone. As I explained to your front desk, my wife was also going through an extremely stressful period in our lives. We were dealing with significant personal hardships at the time. While I understand your receptionist may have remained polite in tone, what was missing was empathy. Customer service is about more than simply being polite--it is about recognizing when a situation calls for compassion. To be clear, I never contacted your business asking for a refund or compensation. I simply called to explain why the interaction left my wife feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging our concerns, I felt that your response focused on defending the policy rather than understanding how your staff's actions affected your customer. Regardless of whether your receptionist "asked" instead of "demanded," asking a customer to increase a tip after they have already paid is, in my opinion, unprofessional.
