I've seen this place next door to my favorite Thai restaurant but had not gone in. My son got me a one hour combination gift certificate so I finally went. I'm a big guy but the masseuse really worked over my tight muscles. Especially in my upper back. She started by walking on me and then did hot stones and a full body massage finishing with some stretching and upper back deep tissue. It was great! I am definitely going back. Disappointing experience and a WASTE of money. This used to be our spot because of the convenience and decently priced massages. We loved our massage therapists and always had a welcoming "motherly/grandmotherly" feel to it. So when we showed up the other day, we were saddened to see two new faces. Apparently, they work the weekend shifts? We were there on Sunday, Feb 25. In any case, we were excited to have 90 minutes of relaxation and self-care time! Unfortunately, it was nothing like we had expected and did the opposite for us. So here goes.. I went with my kid and we usually share a room. During the massage, had a hard time relaxing because my lady was not doing a great job.. and unfortunately I wasn't relaxed enough to fall asleep. Now if you're just there doing nothing with your face buried into the table, your other senses will be heightened. I noticed every sound and movement that was going on.. and something felt weird. I heard sounds on my side of the room (lotion/oil being pumped, footsteps, movements, etc) but I didn't notice anything except for my kid's snoring (ok ok, she was super tired before we got there). It struck me as strange.. so I popped my head up and noticed that her masseuse was SITTING DOWN and NOT massaging her. Hmmm... ok.. maybe my eyes didn't adjust correctly so I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt. Some time goes by and OUT OF THE BLUE, my kid's massage person says IN THAI, "Customers like these are so clueless" to my massage person. That is all. Nothing was said before and nothing was said after. After our "90" minutes were up, I asked my kid how her massage went and she said her girl hardly massaged her, that she took forever to get started, and every time she woke up, the girl was gone. Seriously? What the hay? So when it came time to tipping, I wanted to bring this to her attention so she understood what the issue was. Mind you, I was calm and collected (anyone working in customer based fields can understand professionalism). My kid's massage person LOST her marbles on me and kept yelling back about how she didn't say that and was talking about her scheduled and not about us (they were NOT having a conversation about scheduling.. and also, why would scheduling be "clueless?"). She quickly became emotional, defensive and unprofessional despite me being calm (and kind, even) and not engaging. Defensiveness instead of addressing it or even apologizing? I know she didn't expect me to understand Thai, but I sure did... and I knew exactly what was said. It was rude and unprofessional. So.. if you do decide to come here and you fall asleep, just be warned that you might be paying for a bed rental without a proper massage.. and don't even try to call them out on it because they will yell, become defensive, and turn it around. read more

Let me start by saying this is the first spot I've came to continuously, I've been here 4 times so far b This place is extremely clean & I love that! Angel always takes great care of me, I've brought 4 ppl to this place & they all loved it! Very very healing & really know how to read our bodies! I never feel uncomfortable or awkward when I tell them it's too hard/soft. I've personally experienced an emotional release here once, Angel was really aiming to get a certain knot out from my upper back, & the second she released it, I immediately cried.. it was a very euphoric experience for me & left feeling like a whole new version of me When I tell you they know what they're doing, I really really mean it! Staff is so friendly! Please if you go here, don't be an ass to them bc they're so sweet lol & treat them w a nice tip pls bc these women really really deserve it. Every massage I've received here has always been given to me w/ care & not just a bs massage where you don't feel a difference afterwards. Lol. My husband and I decided to get a couples massage for our anniversary. I booked for a prenatal massage and my husband decided on a deep tissue massage. Both of our masseuses were skilled. My husband and I were able to get massaged in the same room and they took their time, using the full 1 hour we booked for! They didn't provide a special table for me to accommodate my growing belly, but had me lay on 1 side and then halfway through she had me switch over. Which I think was nice because if I had laid on my tummy or fully faced down I think it would have put too much pressure on my lower back! Before starting on my husband she asked him if he wanted his massage to be light-medium pressure or medium-hard. He decided on medium-hard and he said that some areas she really focused pressure where she felt knots and it did hurt a tiny bit but that it was so relieving to get those knots out! He appreciated how determined she was to giving him a good deep tissue massage! As far as tipping goes, I see reviews where they ask for more tip money or demand it before you get your massage. We didn't experience them doing any of these. In fact they have a sign at the counter that shows their recommended tip options and $20 is the minimum they recommend. We fully felt $20 was a fair tip, especially because this spa is so affordable compared to others and the women here are nice and do their job right! We gave them $20 each and you can just see how grateful and appreciative they were! In total with tip we spent $155 which was a great deal and experience!!! read more

She got every knot out and made sure to ask if I was okay every time she massaged one out. My partner received a Swedish and Tai massage and said it was the best massage she's ever had. The massage felt very soft , almost like there was no effort put into it . They also got very upset at me for parking in front of the shop . There were no signs that I could not park there . They said they were saving the parking for employees only . The lady yelled at me and told me to go park on the street or park in front of the smoke shop which I couldn't because the smoke shop actually had their spot reserved for customers only ( they had a sign up and everything ) so I ended up parking on the street once they realized I was their customer they looked at me funny . I've had a lot of massages over the years and, for real, this was one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever received! I left the place feeling amazing with all my sore spots stretched out and relaxed The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and they really listened to where I needed care and went above and beyond! Besides zoning into the places I pointed out needed work, they also checked in throughout to see if the pressure was okay, if I was in any discomfort, let me know what they were about to do, etc. I'm still on Cloud 9 stepping out of there hours ago! My husband and I have been going at this spa for a few years now and we always request for Nisa, our favorite masseuse. She is just awesome and I always feel much better after leaving this place. Today, Nisa did a fantastic job on my neck, shoulders and lower back. The hour combination massage includes the hot stone and some stretching and it feels great. Nisa is that good that I oftentimes want to extend the time. Their massage pricing is very reasonable, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They only take cash and their way of taking card is shady. My massage was a total of forty semi dollars and when I paid it only took 35 ! But on my bank statement it showed the exact forty dollars taken out. They kept demanding that I pay the extra five ! We paid before the massage, which is absolutely reasonable because I understand there's likely a lot of creeps you have to deal with in this line of work, but the issue came when they demanded a tip before the massage too. Nevertheless, we continued on to our massage. My massage ended 7 minutes before my boyfriend's (his massage only lasted about 50 minutes) and I didn't get any hot stones which were supposed to be included with our massage. At the end they asked us to tip AGAIN, when we mentioned we already tipped before the massage they demanded we tip more because it wasn't enough. The lady doing my massage was massaging me so fast it was more of a fast rub than a massage plus her hands were very rough I did tell the lady to take her time and not massage me that fast. When massaging my head she was scratching my head instead of gently massaging.
