This is actually a review for Emergency Outpatient care facility. I went in because I was really…read moresick during a trip home. This is one of the nicest patient facilities I've ever been in. The best part was no waiting. I was the only person there. I barely got my seat in the waiting room and they called me back. The staff was attentive and friendly. The only problem I had was with the girl who tried to take a throat culture on me. I told her not to use the tongue depressor on me but she insisted anyway. Let's just say it got mildly uncomfortable for a few minutes when I had to explain to her that if she wanted vomit all over her to go ahead and do it again...Dr. Wood was great. Very thorough, good bedside manner. The guy who came in to give me my prescriptions was kind enough to call the pharmacy to find out the prices of my prescriptions when I told him I didn't have insurance. That was cool of him to do that.

ER waiting room VERY small and is not well planned. Patients who are there for non-communicable…read moreissues are not isolated from patients who are obviously communicable - coughing, vomiting, etc. Waited over an hour, 5 patients ahead of us, no one called back other than first triage. Finally, woman came with with very harsh cough, clearly in distress, (possibly COVID?), went to triage, came back out with a mask on and seated near other patients who were asymptomatic for respiratory issues. NOT GOOD. Decided that waiting in that room could result in an illness worse than the one we came in to treat. We've used this location one other time several yeas ago, and had an excellent experience. This time, absolutely terrible.

I can say as a healthcare provider that this hospital should be avoided. The complaints are too…read morenumerous to list, and one should consider a hospital with a higher level of care and better services. They also had an infestation of bed bugs that was not passed on, thus exposing countless people to this.

Office experience was horrible. Ericka in the front was rude the entire time but the straw that…read morebroke the camels back was when I tried to pay my co-pay with a $100 bill. She simply refused my payment and said they had no change. I was just confused . I told her it's a legal tender how does that work and she said she has no change and flat out refused to say or do anything else. I told her I'd go to a store and come back with change since I need to be seen and she said no we can just cancel your check in. So I left. That mouthy c*** had no reason to yell, not tell me other payment options they accept , and become unprofessional. All I can say is Ericka the receptionist will start your experience out sour, absolutely not a morning person or something. The one time I did see a doctor in the past they were great , cannot speak on that as of recently.

The employees were extremely rude and treating me like a criminal or as if I was trying to get away with something. I just couldn't pee. lol. It was a terrible experience. I would absolutely not recommend visiting this facility, if you are able to avoid it. The employees need retrained and taught basic manners and etiquette. I guess they get away with treating people with such disrespect because most people are required to come here from their employer or school. Never ever ever go here. I went in for a drug screening because it was required for a job I was…read moretrying to get. I walked in, signed the papers - the lady at the desk was very friendly. I sat waiting for about 5 minutes. Keep in mind before I came I took upon myself to down so much water so I could go and be done right? I went back, we stood there for like 5 more minutes because there weren't any bathrooms available (my first thought - why call me back if I can't go into a bathroom yet?) Finally we were able to get to one and she explained everything and I went into the bathroom. You know the drill so I'm not going to go into details, but before I even had the chance to let anything happen - she literally knocks on the door telling me I had to get out! It wasn't even a minute! Um, I am sorry but if you can go into the bathroom in under a minute, do your business and get out - you are a pro. Plus, I can't just force it out of me under so much pressure? So guess what? She rudely made me get out of the bathroom. Rudely told me that she would give me water and made me SIT in the back for 30 minutes drinking that water. After that 30 minutes I really had to go again, so I told her. I went through the same process and went into the bathroom. THE SECOND, I was about to go - she knocked on the door telling me to get out. I was so angry!! Like could you give me MORE than a minute?? Let me I don't know - SIT DOWN. When I came out with nothing again, she rudely looked at me and said "really? nothing?" Then tried giving me "advice" that if I waited until I really had to go. I did have to go, every single time. But she rushed me out so fast I couldn't even have time! She rudely said "if you don't go by closing time you'll have to take it up with the company." The woman literally made me cry she was so rude. I sat in the back again for a minute, texting my mother who was waiting with me. I told her about what had happened and she told me that if I wanted to leave, I could. So I stood up, and walked right out. I didn't say a word to anyone. I have never felt so disrespected in a place like that. I will be explaining to the company the situation, making sure to let them know about this rude lady and how it was very unprofessional. If they don't want to give me a second chance, that's fine. But I refuse to come back here again. For the record, I have never touched nor seen drugs in my entire life if that matters. Don't exactly know what I could've been doing in the bathroom when you give me 2 seconds. Would've been more concerned if I came out fast. But that's just my opinion ‍
