This review reflects the current state of business management. When I needed them 5 years ago, the service was on point. I could not imagine going anywhere else. Since I've moved back to NW Arkansas, it took the 8 weeks to process my health insurance. During this wait I went without needed supplies. Then my machine died, which if you're an OSA patient, feels like forever. They were able to rent me a machine that day. They sent my machine off to be repaired. It returned repaired. I've put it in my closet as a spare. My interactions recently didn't reflect the service that I once received. They did eventually get my insurance processed. But it was too late. During the wait, I went to another DME supplier. It took them 3 days to process my health insurance and set me up with a new machine and supplies. I would be really upset if I didn't have the time or the resources to change providers. I'm very thankful for that, just concerned that other patients may not have the means to do so. read more

New team since they move from the old St. Mary's. Improved customer service. Great therapist support. They are dedicated to listen and understand the needs from the customers and keep them updated on the process of patients getting the medical supplies. read more

By far the worst service I have seen in years. I asked for information on an item they stocked and the female behind the counter could not answer any questions. Stating I need to ask. Then she paused and I said ok I will wait. Then she said you want me to ask as if I was wasting her time. The when she came back with an answer she told me that it would cost over $2000 for an item that sell everywhere else for $828. I told her that I felt they were not trying to be very competitive and we just smiled at me and said "yep". That takes some balls. A customer was willing to spend over $800 with them and this company could care less. Never do business with this company. They need to be put out of business. read more

See these people in person at their business location. Good knowledgeable staff. On the other hand, the call center follow up is worse than bad. I have twice responded the call center's contacting me and twice received promises but no delivery and no notification of non-delivery. read more

If I could leave no star, I would. My son broke his femur, we were transported to Springfield (about 2.5 hours from home). Upon our release, the Springfield hospital called and set up a delivery for my sons wheelchair and walker to be delivered to our house before we got there, as he cannot get out of the vehicle without both of these things. They called me and asked when I was coming to pick it up when we were on our way home claiming they weren't notified of the delivery, which makes absolutely NO sense because I had to call them THREE HOURS PRIOR to let them know who would be home to sign for these items. It took them over 30 minutes to "locate their driver" and they never even called me back to let me know any further information. On top of all of this, Song was extremely rude during every encounter we had. If you have the choice, use a different medical supply company, because this one obviously does NOT have their stuff together. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a very long time. read more

If there was a way to give no stars I would. Beyond the worst medical supply place I've ever dealt with. I have been in a chair for 9 years and have dealt with many. Here are the reasons I believe this place should be put out of business. 1. I have to call every month to get my catheters delivered to my house & then they're still not delivered in a timely manner. (UTI's just waiting to happen) 2. I asked for a bill several times & then when I did finally get 1 after several months of asking it was $3000. Then they expected me to pay a large amount of that. 3. The codes they used to get a paralyzed person a shower bench would not support my insurance to pay for it. Wrong codes. 4. I popped a hole in my cushion required for my wheelchair that keeps me from getting a pressure sore throughout the day and asked them to get me 1 ASAP. I mean there is such a thing as overnighting. But because it doesn't affect their lives it didn't seem to matter. I can't work without a cushion. If I can't work I can't make money to pay their ridiculous bill. Like I sd I feel that these people could care less about you or how well they do their job. Beyond the worst place I have ever had contact with in my life. read more

I just received a bill from them for over $500 due to my insurance deny claim as Mercy Medical Supply did NOT obtain a prior auth from my insurance company. How this happened: we knew and they knew that a prior auth was required for DME supplies...so we waited to hear from Mercy Medical Supply that they had either obtained the authorization or that it was denied. Ha, we get the phone call that the auth was approved so at that time we scheduled the appointment in JANUARY. It is now June and we are just now getting a bill. I called the office to get the auth number and....they can't find the auth number in their records! I've already advised my insurance of this as there is no way that any patient should be held accountable for a bill when it is the facilities responsibility to obtain a prior auth and/or denial from the insurance company. If they had done their JOB their would be no bill...yes I will fight this all the way. Their fault = they need to write if off the services! Worst place I've had to deal with within the Mercy network!!!! read more

Absolute worst service I've ever had from any Mercy affiliate in my life. I dropped off a prescription for a specialized cushion to help me heal a bedsore. I was told it would be here on Thursday, the day I dropped it off with Monday. Well I come Friday and there's no cushion and they're telling me it's only coming from the Springfield office. They assured me that it'll be there Monday, so Monday and it's still not there. They assure me it'll be there Tuesday or Wednesday, so Wednesday I call and they tell me it's still not there and that should be there Friday. Friday rolls around and they tell me that the only got the cover for the Roho cushion and not the fish in itself which to me means they ordered the wrong part yeah, but they don't admit to it. They then tell me that they will have the cushion on Monday. Will low and behold Monday rolls around still no cushionand so the saga continues on whether I'll ever get my prescription or not. read more
