I get they need to be careful but when I come in with a product and a receipt and the product is obviously broken, and I bought the items that day I should not be treated with distain. If it had only happened once I would be sure it was just an employee having a bad day, but in the last 14 years that I've lived here the handful of times I've needed to make a return. I've been treated bad each and every time. Once had a cashier ring up a gift card. She told me the gift card didn't work and she kept that gift card and grabbed a 2nd gift card. Come to find out I get home and I had paid for two gift cards one for the dishonest cashier and another for the grieving widow in which I was purchasing the gift card for to begin with. When I called the store and informed them of the dishonest action, they told me they could not help me in the matter. I do not understand how with as many cameras as they have in that store they could not check. There have been several other costly incidents, so much so that we rarely buy our groceries at Walmart anymore and now we use another store.

We decided to stop by to see what the place was about and was greeted so kindly and welcomed us to the neighborhood. We have been going to Legacy almost a year now and never had a bad experience. They have an ice cream shop inside as well... I would recommend you try something from the ice cream shop. I could never go back to Walgreens again. I love this place!!!!
