I have it on video and she called me a bitch about 18 times and her and her boyfriend thought that they could hang up on me and yell at me in the parking lot and then even when I'm in my truck trying to leave they're still yelling at me. I try to go to the dispensary next-door. She tells me they own the parking lot and if I don't leave, then they're going to call the cops. I have this all on video. I did not call her. I did not call any names. They also sat on video that the other dispensaries besides Trinity are selling marijuana with fentanyl in it. So not only did she say I couldn't go to Trinity, but then I was forced to go to supposedly dispensaries that have fentanyl in their products. What kind of manager says those kind of, baseless things about fentanyl being in products about business. Not a good one. I have contacted BBB and I am waiting for my refund and an apology. I don't know if it's because I am former military/veteran or what her problem was with me, but she called me a bitch right off the bat.

After what seemed like a good initial consult the good vibes quickly turned. One of my groomsman had to get in contact four different ways to make sure their measurements were actually recorded with the store. Fortunately my groomsmen received their tuxedos at their houses and by the grace of god they were measured and done right. I did feel the need to be in constant contact with the store having already had the one groomsman with an issue. My father and I had a suit try on scheduled and my father's suit did not arrive; this was four days before the event. To make matters worse, the store was aware of the third party shipping issue but it appears nobody with a suit on those trucks was notified. Samuels failed to have empathy for those traveling outside of Jefferson City to alert them some way. At 250 per suit rental I would advise going elsewhere. My rating might have been higher had their customer service been in any way exceptional but it was lackluster at best. I sincerely hope they have mitigated and planned for the issues I had but this was my overall experience.
