Then after 20 mins of measuring and one "unsupervised" rubber band excessive, we'll they said they were done. Filed a complaint, found out it was 100% on my deductible for the first visit. Was upset and not willing to pay for that BS service. The claim person called back. 3 calls later would still not reduce or cancel the bill. Said that they don't have authority. Wasted my time and money. Avoid this place like the plague. Especially if you need real PT after surgery.

But then Amy became the administrator and she has made positive changes. We are so grateful for the care they gave our parents.
