From our initial meeting to us receiving the keys to our first home, Meredith was extremely helpful and informative with the process and best tactics to making sure we found a home that was perfect for us. She evaluated our needs based on a thorough review of our wish list and customized a home search based on our discussion. Below are some specific examples of why Meredith has set a new bar for what I would look for in a Real Estate Professional. 1) She is very responsive, which is very important to me. --Whenever I had a question, she was always quick to get back to me whether it was a text, email, or phone call. 2) She knows this market very well. --Example: We bid on a house that we didn't end up getting. Meredith told us where we should bid if we really wanted it, but because we didn't know if we wanted it that bad, we decided to go lower. That house sold, and when I looked at what it sold at, I noticed that Meredith's suggestion was right on. 3) She pays attention to what you like. --On the first day out looking for a house, Meredith lined up some places based only on the description of what I told her via phone. She did a good job selecting some places for us. But what I noticed is that on subsequent outings with Meredith, she really fine tuned the criteria for which houses to show us based on how we reacted to the houses we saw on the first day and the comments we made about them. 4) She is extremely helpful and get's things done right away. --Example: The house we ended up purchasing had some dry rot. After the crew came out to fix it, we noticed some places that had been missed during our final walk through. After we were done with our walk through, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that she taken a picture of the area that was missed, sent it to the field guy that was in charge of fixing the dry rot, and already received a response as to when they would be out to fix it. Meredith Drews turns dreams into a reality. We were just looking for a little more room and shorter commutes at a modest price, and she delivered to us an awe-inspiring gated community home with Canyon views built for entertaining. In a month and a half and a mere 5 house viewing outings with Meredith, she read what we were saying and our minds to quickly narrow down on the house of our dreams. She was ok when everything was humming along smoothly, but the inevitable bumps occur along the way.
