Told him it's been two weeks of all over the counter medication. After repeated complaints on my issues he listened to my chest and said it was clear. Then wanted to take a chest xray?? I refused!!! Went to pick up my RX - he prescribed Claritin (over the counter)! Again, No Allergies! I guess the game is come back after it becomes bronchitis... no thanks! Waisted my time..

I was checked out quickly, the staff was professional and attentive, and the provider took the time to evaluate everything thoroughly. Medications were prescribed promptly, and the whole visit was efficient without feeling rushed. Exactly what you want from an urgent care--highly recommend.

They said "we do not have your appointment but I saw that we have a record of charging you for a deposit of consultation." They did not explain further why niether apologized. When I arrived for the appointment. The receptionist was not friendly, didn't greet, did not explain but ask you to sign a consign form of having your picture taken for them to use. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I am receiving. Careless mistake for just a simple appointment scheduling. Ignore your questions and treat you indifferently. What do you think after you paid for your surgery? How will they treat you? There are more reputable and respect people in this practice. This place does not deserve a good review.

I…read moreremember when I was pregnant I told one of the ultrasound techs in the hospital I was stressed because I didn't know who was going to be my daughters pediatrician when she was born and she told me don't worry I can always use whoever the pediatrician was at the hospital until I found one myself. Well the pediatrician was dr Berekesh and I have been with her and dr sidduci (spelling I'm never sure of) and the other Drs here ever since. They are open between the two offices 7 days a week, which is so convenient, I can't imagine not being able to just bring my daughter in if I needed to. My only complaint are the other parents, today the waiting area was a mess, I picked up garbage all over and threw it out, I am not going to ask the nurse to do it when I can. Clean up after yourself and your children! Have respect for yourself and others! I can only imagine how your homes look!

Having never received any kind of therapy in all my 50++ years, I had no idea what to expect. I…read moresoon learned that the occupational therapy provided by their outstanding hand therapist, Terence, is exactly what I need for a thumb injury that then resulted in inflaming an arthritic condition. Along with the therapy modalities that Terence took me through, I also gained a lot of knowledge about exercises/stretching for my hands and what to expect for the future, so that I could now be proactive in my own care. I really appreciate that my long-term well-being was of utmost importance to the treatment that I received at Twin Boro, over all of the nine visits that I had with Terence. Having been a court stenographer for over 35 years and using a steno machine, on which the thumbs are the most important digits, I was VERY worried and anxious about my ability to continue. Setting aside the fact that I am self-employed, it is also frightening to come face to face with the fact that something you do without any aforethought has now become extremely impacted. Thankfully, I have the comfort of knowing that if I ever need to return, I have a therapist to go to that will take care of my issues. He listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, as well as caring for any unexpected issues that cropped up (and there were several). He is the first medical professional I have encountered who truly treats the individual, not "just another patient." As I continue my journey with healing and gaining knowledge of how to care for my hands, I will always be thankful for the excellent treatment as well as the kindness that was given to me by everyone at Twin Boro.
