The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful and never make you feel like a burden! Dr. Balinski is so friendly and easy to talk to. Imshe makes you feel like you've known her forever. I haven't seen her in probably like eight months and she made sure she asked me how my trip to India was. The only downfall is they do not have any late days or weekend hours. It really sucks, but does give me an excuse for a day off when I'm going for my yearly physical! They also do not do routine blood work in the office anymore. I have to go to LabCorp now for that. They are still able to draw blood, but just don't do it for routine work.

Dr. Moussa has been my family doctor since I was 16 years old. He's very kind and intelligent and…read morecaring about his patients. He also takes most insurance plans which help out too. However, getting in to see him can be a bit difficult. Wait times vary, as he can range from being on time to over an hour late as he also works at two hospitals. He also only has weekend hours once a month, so if you need to see a doctor on a Saturday or Sunday, you'll either need to go to Urgent Care or to the ER. His staff also can be iffy, but that's changed recently. They are much better now. Overall though he does a great job and his bedside manner is actually some of the best I've had from any family doctors I've seen.

I was checked out quickly, the staff was professional and attentive, and the provider took the time to evaluate everything thoroughly. Medications were prescribed promptly, and the whole visit was efficient without feeling rushed. Exactly what you want from an urgent care--highly recommend.
