All this place did was take her blood pressure, told her it's very high and to go to ER room right away because "she could have a stroke any moment." They gave no medications to help with anything, nothing but fear mongering. She gets anxious at doctors offices which was the cause for her spiked blood pressure. But I took her to the ER anyway and it was a nightmare. 3 hour wait and another needless medical bill all thanks to Chai. They got over $200 from insurance for only checking blood pressure and still billed for over $100 more afterwards ONE YEAR later. No one will ever answer the billing line or return voicemails. I regret bringing her to this greedy shady place. Now, over 1.5 years later they are still sending threatening emails about the ridiculous bill. I am going to look into reporting them to the AMA and insurance company. Please do not go here or bring your friends or family!

I'm a disabled veteran that the VA pays for my care and also have Tricare, a military secondary insurance that covers any co-pay not covered by my civilian primary insurance. The Urgent care facility has copies of all required documentation, so why am I being bothered with these issues and it's happened more than once. We waited over an hour to be seen by him for a 5-minute appointment where he examined my daughter's ear and determined she had an ear infection, which was obvious from her symptoms. However my issue isn't with the PA, he was friendly and competent. My issue is that I was charged $415 for this visit and was sent a bill prior to getting any adjustments from my insurance company (which is in-network). This charge is beyond any reasonable and customary charge for a 5-minute total appointment with a PA. After adjustments from my insurance the bill is $250 -- still far out of line with my own pediatrician's rates. I was directed to an online payment system that charges an additional $5 service fee for paying my bill. I will NEVER return to this office for the misleading website (which carefully uses the word "provider" instead of doctor so you don't realize until you get there who you are seeing) and for the price-gouging billing far out of line of standard rates.

You can make an appointment here, which will make you a priority patient...I happen to just walk in and had to wait nearly an hour and a half to be seen. I didn't mind - it was in the middle of summer, and the staff was going as fast as they can. Everyone working here - from the desk staff to the physicians to the nurses - was kind and courteous. I gave it four stars and not five, not only for the wait - but also because they doctor deemed the infection was viral (even after being sick for 8 days), and just wouldn't give me medicine. I understand where they are coming from, but I am prone to sinus infections and tried to tell them this...they did what they thought was best. I would have returned here, but I am not from the area, and went back up north to my home. The office did call and follow up with me the next day when I was much worse, but unfortunately the doctor wasn't working and therefore I still could not get medication. I did end up going to another doctor near my hometown to be seen. Anyway, if I am in a pinch down the shore, I will return here. Firstly I wasn't yet able to get antibiotic which he prescribed on the time of our conversation, second he didn't give me any recommendation to follow up with primary MD, concidering the fact that it's my first time being severe sick in this country like an immigrant, I consider it very careless because he knows from my chart that I don't even have primary MD I can also question professional skills of the doctor in diagnosis, it feels like they was trying to do the most lab tests they could to get money from insurance, was holding me there for 2 hours the day before memorial day, so I won't be able to get to pharmacy on time before closing to get antibiotics. They didn't have anything in the office to relieve my condition as well, even when I asked.
