I've been to a few of these "doc in a box" facilities and this one is the best by far. It seems like we're always there lately to the point that they know us by name. Hey-its just been that kind of winter! We've had to wait a little bit. It happens. It's still better than the 7 hours you'll be at the hospital. Once you get in a room they move quickly. We've been getting the culture thing done so that takes a little while. They get you patched up, call your pharmacy with your script, give you a note for school or work, and get you out. It's really the best option available today. Still not as good as having the doctor come to you, but that's the world we live in. Excellent care, friendly people, quality doctors. The best Urgent Care facility around.

All the doctors here are good and have given me the right medications so far every time I've come here got the last 10 years at least. Easy go park right next to the door and walk right in. Friendly office. My only complaint is that they usually don't give refills on your prescriptions for minor medications like skin creams. On the plus side they usually will treat your ailment with medication vs saying your fine get some rest. For me a big plus is having a pharmacy right next door to take your prescriptions. Very convenient. Also it's the pharmacy I use, Tony's Family Pharmacy and they are awesome (see my review)!! Recommended for walk in, urgent care service in Freehold.

I have been using this location since it opened for my family's medical needs, and never before have I been treated so rudely. In this day and age, when appointments and confirmations are handled almost entirely through online tools, this experience was both unacceptable and disheartening. I made the appointment online through Carbon Health and received both an email confirmation and a text message confirming the appointment. Upon arrival at the Marlboro office, I was told by the woman at the front desk that the appointment "did not go through" and that there was no record of my son's appointment in their system. I immediately showed her both the email and text message confirmations as proof. Despite this, I was simply told, "Sorry, we are booked and can't fit you in." I explained that I had followed all proper procedures and arrived with valid confirmation for my son's appointment. She refused to make any effort to help, offered no alternatives, and showed no empathy or concern. The response remained the same: "Sorry, we are booked." I found this interaction extremely upsetting. This was not just an inconvenience--it was a complete failure of customer service and basic human compassion, particularly when dealing with a child's medical appointment. At no point did I feel listened to or supported, and no attempt was made to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the error on Carbon Health's end. I expect better from a healthcare provider. I am requesting a review of this incident, an explanation of how a confirmed appointment could be disregarded, and information on what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other families.
