So I bring in a dress that had wine spilled on it from a work function. They said it might take a little while because wine stains are hard to get out. That's fine. But they ended up keeping my dress for SIX MONTHS. NEVER got any updates, I had to keep calling and kept getting the same answer that "staff was sick". Sick for SIX MONTHS straight??? And if it's so bad WHY didn't anyone say "hey we aren't going to be able to get to it, our apologies". So, I call up there on month six and let them know I'm coming to get my dress because of the ridiculous amount of time and nothing is being done. The response I got was "okay we will have it for you". No apology or even a sign of remorse. Don't recommend, period.

She will sew patches on, make alterations and do repairs. She has "saved" several items of mine - a vest needing a new zipper, purse that needed stitched up etc. She is a skilled seamstress and takes pride in her work - Her charges for repairs, patches etc are very reasonable and her prices are competitive with anyone else in the area.
