All were fillings, spaced out between the months so I could afford it. My last one was completed in May and I was told I wouldn't need any more done. That is a lie. I've had sensitivity in teeth previously never sensitive, severe sensitivity in teeth that were filled in January, teeth being chipped during fillings that went unchecked and unacknowledged, cavities coming back twice as prevalent and painful only a few months after fillings, and fillings breaking within three months after being done. I was told that my insurance coverage ran out about halfway through the series of fillings, so I had to pay over half of the appointments out of pocket, running about $250 minimum per tooth. My final appointment was over $1500. I cannot afford to be spending that type of money on service as poor as what I received. The doctors themselves, including Dr. Sarver, were all very rude, the dental assistants were only polite about half the time, and the front desk people looked agitated I even came in, every single visit. They are also very blunt over the phone and refuse to give explanations on important things like what procedures will be done or even double-checking appointment times. All being said, I am excruciatingly disappointed in what this place has become. It used to be genuine dental work done efficiently, but now it's a glamorized scam that does more harm than good. I will be looking for a different dentist to fix the damages your business has caused, if it's even possible. I would like to ask for a refund, but I know they will refuse. Their business practices are unethical, they lie to their patients constantly, and they do their jobs half-assed at best.

After the trauma he causes you by his ineptitude... You will be left with nothing except incomplete horribly painful procedures, horrifying infections in your jawbone... I had two implants put in which failed within 1.5 years . This dentist put it wrong way which caused damage to bone graft and my natural bone. 3 years later I am still in treatment . Implants removal, two bone grafts. Lost another tooth because of it. It cost me 5x the price I paid before . His implants were absolutely horrible. You could see abutments . The first one failed and now the second one has also failed and is wreaking havoc on my system, horrible night sweats, high blood pressure and joint pains on the same side of my body as that tooth. Getting the root canal was relatively painless and Dr. Yiannis is actually one of the best dentists I have been to ( stay away from North Shore Health dental ). After finishing my root canal I was told " You know that tooth will continue to decay"! I requested they forward me the emails they had sent me as proof they existed and they said they could not do that. Without warning, they filed a small claims court against me for a very small bill that was fully covered by insurance. This is now on my permanent record. Lazy billing department.

My dental hygienist was Paige, and she was very informative on what she was doing from start to finish. She was very thorough taking x-rays and she did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth and was so gentle that I didn't have a single moment of tooth or gum irritation during the cleaning process. Dr. Lisa is phenomenal. She cares, she's attentive, she LISTENS. She does everything she can to…read moremake her patients feel comfortable and satisfied. I had full dentures done here. Unfortunately I had too much bone loss to keep the bottom denture in place. So they suggested getting a couple of implants, and then modifying the bottom denture so it snapped on to those implants. They recommended an oral surgeon, who did a fabulous job. When my mouth had heaedled from the implant surgery, I came back and dr. Lisa helped make the modifications to my bottom denture which works like a charm. When I had some sore spots from the bottom denture she was very quick to respond and make adjustments to the bottom denture to relieve the pain at night charge. Everyone here: the front desk ckerk, office manager, dental assistants and Hygenist, and the doctor, is just wonderful. The whole process of implants and modification took about a year. When I was finally able to eat "real food" again they celebrated with me like family.
