I asked if there was anything at all they could do, and the secretary said I could come in at 10:15 a.m. today (Tuesday), but I might have to wait for a long time, as they were very overbooked. Well, I arrived at 10:15 a.m. and the waiting room was completely empty. I waited about 30 seconds before being called back, and the whole exam from arrival to departure took about 20 minutes. I have since dropped this company and went to a physician that knows what to do and when to do it.

Carmel's that I have really been disappointed with.....and I mean REALLY disappointed with. I was referred to Dr. Krupko out of this office in March/April after two hospital stays and an issue with my pituitary gland. After a shared MRI between Dr. Krupko and my neurologist, there was no follow up from this office. In addition to this, multiple phone calls from myself and my neurologists office went unanswered for almost two months. I don't know if the doctor is just seeing too many patients or what, but I get the feeling every time I am in there that he doesn't remember why I am there or what my medical history is. NOT a good thing when you have been through what I have been through medically this past year.
