I used to hate having to get my haircut, but now I look forward to it because of her. She is personable, talented and just a caring person AND she makes me look great! During COVID, I had no concerns about getting my haircut when businesses were able to open back up. They took all the precautions and I felt completely safe and still do. Jeannie's is always clean, the other staff members are very friendly and I just feel good when I leave, especially with my beautiful haircut. I am soooo glad I found them and ChaRissa!

Make sure you know when the store closes when going in because this store does NOT practice NORMAL…read moreclosing safety procedures and will most definitely lock you in the store, and then you'll set the alarm off and have to call 911 because you're terrified you'll get shot at if you didn't let them know what's really happening. Then you'll be told the store manager doesn't feel like getting out of bed at the time, so they'll review the footage in the morning, but if any part of the "story" I was telling was incorrect, I'd be charged for breaking and entering, robbery, obtaining property by false pretenses, etc. Nevermind the fact that you're in a panic attack and have PTSD so the whole situation has your nerves tore up. If you can avoid this store at all costs, you should. ALSO, they'll even sell you someone else's prescription even though you handed over your license to get your own medication. The staff is ALWAYS rude. If there's one thing you can count on, it's that the staff here will always act like it's an inconvenience to them that you'd like to purchase items from this store. It's bad. The entire store needs an overhaul; get rid of all the employees, including all managers, all pharmacy employees too EXCEPT FOR ONE LADY, the sweet, sweet elder African American lady that works in the pharmacy. She's GOLD compared to the rest of us staff throughout the entire store. There's a whole laundry list of problems with this store that I have documentation for every single incident that I will be following up on with corporate.
