I forget to remind myself that this is a surgery in "THE VALLEY". Nobody with any monetary means or intelligence has a elective surgery in the VALLEY. I was an idiot and was complacent with that fact. One year after surgery, my condition "MBOOBS", yes every man will cringe, is worse that prior to surgery. I paid over 500 and still have movement no follow up and if still have movement which I do a week after I would have to pay for more units instead of having them do a touch up for there mistake not done properly .. the nurse followed Stephanie Botox pattern who does that !!!!! no answer or call back from the Dr as I requested to speak to him bad bad customer service the girls there are not professional and do not know how to talk and take care of patients new or old ..False advertisement in having Stephanie Brown working there the queen of Botox ...Not worth your money to finish it off depressing office ... When I contacted my pediatrician, the nurse said on speaker it was called in 2 times. I was told to get off and wait again. I refused to because of my long wait, just like any other customer, I wanted them to make this right. They called the police as if I was a criminal. They accused me of holding up the line. I am beyond disappointed in the business and will make sure no one I know or my family ever do business with Walgreens again. I give compliments when they are deserved, but Walgreens, as a concerned parent and loyal customer for 30 years!!! Good bye and may you guys learn a hard lesson in this poor customer service experience!! Turns out the person who did my lips prior ( not at skin perfections/ Dr minina) did a botched job. Leaving filler in my lips years later. Because of this I wasn't able to obtain my ideal lips. Dr Minina was very professional and offered to dissolve my lips, start over, and for me to return. She did not have to do this for me. I drove from San Antonio to see her again and am very glad I trusted her. I am so in love with my lips. They are the best they have EVER looked. I consider my lips a hard case, but she took care of me. She is a perfectionist!
