My 1st interaction with Ginger included her making unwanted comments about my cousins body. Shame on you Ginger. Being a woman in this day & age you should know better. 2nd interaction I was trying to color match and asked Ginger to bring out her color swatch which the owner had originally used to help me with. She acted stupid like she had no idea what I was talking about & when I mentioned the owner had brought it out before she then went to grab it. While doing so I over heard her insinuate I was going to steal it. I continued to try & give her the benefit of doubt. Picked up my 2nd purchase only to find it was faulty with hair falling out by touch. The owner indicated she would replace it. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls inquiring on status, Ginger calls back & lets me know nothing was ever ordered unbeknownst to me. Instead of standing behind the product she sells she tried to make me provide additional information which had already been provided to the owner. After explaining I will dispute the transaction because this should be a problem between the store and manufacturer, Ginger called back within 5 minutes, saying my order would be at the store the following Tuesday. Clearly she was not being honest with me. This store has bible literature across the store but Ginger certainly does not act with empathy or respect. It's a traumatic enough experience to go through alone but to be met with such disgusting behavior is sad. Do not recommend this store

We had an appointment and met with Jean (hope I spelled it right) who was incredibly helpful, kind, and caring. I am completely impressed with the wig we ended up going with and the overall experience. Our experience at Breton was a bright spot in an extremely challenging time and if anyone is in a similar situation I recommend going there and trying them on, it's pretty amazing how real they look.

I never leave reviews places but I was so impressed with Aria I had to. I moved to Grand Rapids a few months ago and ever since my move I've been looking for my new nail place and I finally found it! I tried so many other top rated nail salons in the area and either wasn't thrilled with the service or the prices were outrageous at all of them. I tried Aria this week and they did an amazing job! I got a classic pedicure with gel polish and builder gel with a design for my hands and everything was exactly what I asked for. The whole place felt clean and well kept, the pedicure was relaxing and the woman helping me took her time and did a great job. Swan did my nails and was meticulous about getting them exactly as the inspo picture I showed her. She checked in with me several times to make sure I liked them and was so patient when I changed my mind 3 times on what color/design I wanted. My appointment was in the evening and even ran long, a little past their closing time, and I didn't feel like they were rushing to finish or get me out the door at any point. Their pricing seemed very fair compared to many other places I've been and they even made sure to clarify exactly what I was paying for with each service. I had originally made an appointment for a builder gel full set because I had Gel X on my nails from another salon. When I got there they looked at my nails and told me they could work with my current nails and do a builder gel fill to save me $10 instead of charging me for a full set. They could have just kept my appointment as-is and charged me for a full set since my nails had been done somewhere else and I never would have known. The fact that they offered me a better option speaks volumes to their honesty and how much they care about their customers! I was very impressed. Overall I paid exactly what I expected based on their website pricing (even less actually thanks to the fill). I got the classic pedicure with gel polish, I asked for French style on my toes ($10), I got a builder gel fill, and I asked for a design on my nails ($10). All together I think I paid $123 which is exactly what I had expected. (I paid that price just for my finger nails at another highly rated salon in the area that charged me a $10 add-on just to clean up my cuticles and call it a manicure, and also charged a $10 add-on just for putting polish over my clear gel x set) Overall this place was clean, friendly, had very up front and fair pricing with nothing hidden as an unexpected "add-on", and they did exactly what I asked for without rushing. Linda is a true professional, and does amazing work. She based my make up off of my usual go-to look, but a million times better. She takes her time and makes sure you're happy with the results. She did my bridal party's make up too and they were more than thrilled with how they looked! She came to our house, which was so convenient. I never thought I'd be able to afford a make up artist, but her prices are really competitive. It is SO worth spending a few extra dollars to have the professional make up look. I got the airbrush foundation, and it hid my acne and oily skin. It lasted all day through pictures, sweat, and dancing. Linda made us all look beautiful.
