I'm glad she told me I could do that--come back in and have the cut adjusted, and I get that everyone has bad days or that doing someone's hair for the first time is not easy, but I've never paid this much money and had to get my cut adjusted. Again, I'm glad I was able to do that, but it didn't impress me that such an expensive haircut (almost double what I thought I'd be paying) took two appointments to complete. I understand they have to be careful on dispensing controlled substances but 45 minutes is ridiculous. I'll never come back here again for the rest of my life.
