It is now two days later and they did not even give me a call back or anything. When I called them right now, being the one that initiated the second call, the mail that answered had absolutely no reason why they didn't call me back. The only reason that he stated was because they don't work on Sundays. I let him know that in psychiatry, any reasonable person would think it's extremely important that they check their messages when they come in having somebody on call to do that for their patients. Supremely important is that they return phone calls. Any reasonable person in my opinion would believe that if you're dealing in psychiatry, actually somebody's life could be on the line and you don't even call them back for two days. Note that I'm not saying that that's in my case but they have no idea who I am and who the people are. They are calling for the first time. For me to witness them dropping the ball this seriously, I'll be calling somebody else that shows the importance needed to do this type of work and to take it seriously enough. I offered him more than one time to give me a good explanation on why they never called back and he was unable to do it and only apologized. In my opinion, others should realize that they did this.

I found this on my first try with Dr. Francis Capobianco! Dr. Capobianco called me himself when I called to inquiry about my first appointment. He scheduled a first appointment that allowed ample time to discuss my history and medications. Dr. Capobianco listened to me very well, thoughtfully reviewed my history and medications and TALKED AND LISTENED TO ME! He also noted that several of the medications I was taking were actually counteractive to each other and had me stop taking them while at the same time adjusting a current medication that worked well. Also, Dr. Capobianco suggest some non-medical options for a few issues that have helped tremendously. I honestly feel like a new person! Gone is my concern for the amount of medications I was taking and I no longer feel in a fog. I feel really good in just the right way.
