Well over the allocated window of delivery I was quoted, I called again, as one does. Felicia was immediately combative. She told me I had called before (yes, I know--but that was an hour ago). Then she went off on a rant about how "everyone in the store can hear me" before telling me "she's going to put me on speaker." When she was done speaking, I asked if I was still on speaker and she told me that I never was. It was just a tactic to maintain control. This is not normal behavior.
