Dave was at the house ready to go even though it was raining. He was very thorough in his work and explanations of what he was doing and why. Reasonable rates, good service, and the fact that he was willing to install the floodlight on a ladder in the rain showed his dedication and wanting to make the customer happy. He didn't have to do that and could have re-scheduled, but he saved me time from changing my schedule to accommodate a new appointment. I am a stickler for good work and attention to detail.
