The disappointment continues. In addition, this client was limited in selection because of vaulted ceilings. When we asked to confirm all necessary pieces were included we were told no. We needed to order additional extension rod, however everything else needed for installation would be included. Of course, this was also bad information. Additional canopy covers needed to be ordered to compensate for the slope (They were not included). I could buy a similar fixture from home depot without all the aggravation.
