All dogs suffer from separation anxiety when left for extended periods of time but why keep her doped up like this. After I stopped certain meds she was back to normal levels of life. Why did you do her like this and charge us so much money yet you dishonored my dog and my integrity? Was it because we were BLACK. I WOULD NEVER TREAT AN ANIMAL THIS WAY!!! To me this is my child who can't speak up for herself. White people dogs were wrapped up...why wasn't mine? Instead you put a cone around her head as to say that was all she needed. What is most upsetting is that it felt like there was more interest in arguing with me than in focusing on getting care for my pet. The entire situation felt unnecessary and petty. A simple conversation and an appointment could have resolved everything. I left the interaction feeling as though Nicole was trying to punish me over a disagreement rather than help my dog, and unfortunately, the one who suffered from that approach was my pet. Pet owners call veterinarians because they are worried about their animals and need help, not to be made to feel like an inconvenience or to be put in the middle of an argument.
