They were amazing when it came to my step dad's dog Lucy. We had lost my step dad just a few months…read moreprior and I spent thousands trying to keep her alive, only to come home from work to find she had passed on. My spouse brought her to natures pet loss for me, and since I couldn't come to pick anything out for her, the owner personally texted me and made sure I was able to pick everything out, and kept me updated. Saturday I ended up having to put my shepherd down, and called natures pet loss to find a time to bring his body in, and she answered right away even though it was past 10 at night and met me first thing Sunday morning. The vet that I went to to put him down left me with a very traumatic experience, but natures pet loss really helped me through that. She let me know she was formerly in the medical field, and talked me through everything in terms that I as a nursing student understood a lot more; and gave me advise for if I ever have to go through it again. She even walked me through how to make a shadow box to put his paw print in. She helped me with getting him out of the car, and let me continue to say goodbye and grieve for as long as I needed to. I am so so grateful for them, and all of their help with navigating this difficult time. I will never again do a fire cremation, and will continue to bring my pets to them, and it gives me peace of mind that I know that I am getting my pet back, and only pet pet back

She was nice enough to let them know she took a different route, and they bullied and guilt tripped her. "Sorry for your loss" was all that needed to be said if anything at all after her initial message, instead my best friend who was already heart broken by her cats aggressive mammary cancer, was shamed. Im not including the entire conversation, just the first few unnecessary messages. You dont even know what route she decided to take at all. Cremation may not even be the choice she made, which is none of your business. Gross behavior by someone who deals with such delicate clientele.

I would like to praise Angelica for her excellent phone support during a recent uneasy moment when my dog ate something potentially toxic. At the time, I was extremely anxious, but Angelica calmed me and explained the potential symptoms and emergency procedures, preventing an unnecessary emergency vet visit and saving me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate the staff's genuine care and concern. Thank you, Angelica, as you have shown that clients can trust Paws Animal Hospital for compassionate and expert animal healthcare services.

BE CAREFUL WITH YOU PETS AND THE MEDICATIONS GIVEN…read more We brought our family dog in for a cough and sneeze. They gave us 2 medications, an antibiotic and something for the cough. The following day (AFTER) we had already given our dog some of the medications, we were called and were told that the medication bottle given to us had the wrong label. Luckily, the medication in the bottle was accurate, however the name listed on the bottle was Benadryl but it was actually a controlled opioid-like substance. THIS IS A GROSS MISTAKE. On top of it they asked us to return to get the label fixed and then proceeded to try and charge us the difference in the medication cost... What a poorly run facility. We are lucky they even gave us the right medication at all, this type of negligence could be disastrous. If taking your dogs here be warned and i would triple check with the vet themselves on what should be prescribed, make sure it matches the name given by the front desk staff, and don't be afraid to question everything because clearly it's needed.

His studio is in an inconspicuous industrial park. Parking was easy. His office isn't full of frills because Wayne himself is the real deal. He greeted us immediately & escorted us to a back private room to say our final goodbyes to our cat's furry form. The checkout process & selection of services was so easy & Wayne was so patient. He constantly wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the process & our choices. He called us a week later & we were able to coordinate a time to pick up. We were running 30 minutes late & he was so nice & understanding. We purchased our own urn, but he had options to purchase there if you wish. He offered to transfer the remains in the back in case we were uncomfortable. We opted to do it with him & the remains had a sweet tag that Wayne said was on our baby during the entire process. I work within the animal community in Central Florida & I've since recommended his services to anyone who has lost a furry friend!

During the interview process, I requested some of my cats fur. This was the most important thing to me. I was willing to give a little baggy for it but I was presented with a vile that would be used for fur collection. My daughter and I made it clear that we wanted as much fur as he could get in the vile. I was given back a pinch of fur that covered a 1/4 of the vile. While driving home, I had to pull over on the side of the road for two hours because I was crying while explaining to my daughter how much he gave me of my cats fur. When my daughter reached out to ask why no more fur was given he was very defensive and told her that he wasn't given specific instruction on how much fur to get. I also requested a nose and paw print, which turned out awful. He upgraded the box that the remains came in most likely out of guilt because he did not give me other things I asked for. In the end he just packed up my cat and all the disappointment I paid for in a bag and sent me on my way.
