My son started here about a year ago and Brighter Beginnings has been a Godsend for us. Prior to…read morethis, my son had a mild speech delay (thanks Covid) and was in speech therapy lessons. While I believe the therapy lessons were helping, it wasn't until my son started school here that his vocabulary and speech dramatically improved. The director, Ms. Britnee and all of his teachers have been wonderful and really care for their students. My son LOVES his teacher, Ms. Jenny and is always asking about her on his way to school. My son has learned so much just in the year he's been here and he continues to learn something new every time I pick him up from school. Thank you Brighter Beginnings :)

I really wanted to like this childcare program. It was first experience with any kind of school and…read morehaving our daughter away from home. We did a trial and I decided to immediately remove her from their care and never look back. It's truly heartbreaking to walk into a classroom where the children are doing their Christmas performance and not see your child with the rest of the kids singing. My daughter was no where to be found in the crowd of kids and she wasn't with a teacher. I panicked and looked for her on my own.. only to find her in ALONE in the adjacent classroom walking around crying in the dark. Unacceptable and would never have my child put in this kind of situation again. This was neglectful.

I love the Catholic education and how the children are not scared to show their catholic faith, I think the administration is the best here. I just love the school so much.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this school. What is advertised as a supportive…read moreand fair environment is anything but. It becomes very clear very quickly that if you don't donate money or volunteer your time constantly your child is treated differently. Students whose parents give extra money or help out at the school seem to get special treatment and are rarely held accountable for their behavior.Meanwhile, other students are more harshly punished for the same actions or for standing up for their self against these kids that do not face punishment. There is obvious favoritism toward students who are close with staff, and their behavior is often ignored or dismissed altogether. The division between students is also very noticeable, especially between public school and private school students.Public school students are treated as if they are less important or less capable, while private school students are given more grace. Both of my children one is my daughters step sister, she is treated like a trouble maker and was told she is making the school look "bad" as if both the girls are not the same which they are.On top of that the school feels like a never-ending money grab. You have to pay for everything your kids lunch, sports, free dress day.And all this adds up quickly adding the monthly tuition i pay for especially for a school that claims to care about its students .It places far too much emphasis on money and connections rather than fairness, discipline, and equal treatment.

The second day they called to complain that ny child was in a pull up. He was 2 about to turn 3 at the time and had just learned to potty on his own. Since he was transitioning from head start to this center I thought I'd put the pullup in case he would have an accident given that it was anew environnement and wouldnt know where the restroom was. I got a call from Pam stating "your child was wearing a pull up this is going to be a problem." Gave me no chance to explain anything or my reasoning I didnt know there was a rule against wearing pull ups! 3rd day i get a call that he was agressive and hit a teacher. He had been in head start for months and never had an issue with any teacher which keads me to think that someone did not know how to interact with him. He had a minor speech delay at the time as well so it was bad. Pam eluded to my child being a problem & pretty much forced me to say I wouldn't be bringing him back. The teacher appeared to have some delays herself. She closes her eyes for extended periods of time & take a while to get words out. The whole place was strange and Pam has no manners or tact when addressing behaviors. She seems to think that you talk and care for children like an adult. If you're considering this child care center go somewhere else.
