The problems started when the trash men left our can in the street several times. I tried to let them know nicely that it was not acceptable, that school traffic went by our house. It continued to happen and I taped a note on the can saying "Please do not leave can in the street. School traffic comes through here. Thank you." The note was torn off and after that, it got worse, the can was further out in the street. When I came home one day and it was right in the middle of the street, I took a photo and contacted the company. They eventually made it right and the men were spoken to by the owner to put my can back where they got it from. Since then they have been very petty. We have a smaller can filled with branches, weeds and a small garden kit from Walmart. It has been sitting on our curb for 2 months because they refuse to take it. They sited the no construction debris rule when confronted about it. This is not construction debris. Last week I upended the smaller can into the big one provided and they took it out and took every small piece of wood out of the big can and put it back in the small one and on the ground. He stated that they can take no wood of ANY KIND. This is not on any of their rules. I contacted the company again and they said they would talk to the driver, but again the can was left alone this week. I contacted them again and said it needed to be taken care of today. The driver then went to town hall and told the town manager that if we would have broken down the wood into smaller pieces, that they would have taken it. This is very interesting as this is not what he told me last week. He changed his story based on who he was talking to. The town manager then stepped up and said they would take care of our trash to keep the peace. Our trash men are horrible and I am disgusted. Thank you to our town manager for taking care of this. I really appreciate you.

What was not clearly explained was that $16 is only the base rate. The agreement adds a $5.95 administrative fee per invoice, an 18% environmental recovery fee, a variable fuel recovery fee, possible taxes, a two-year commitment, an early-termination fee of up to $100, and a $42.26 removal fee for each container. With two containers, removal alone could cost another $84.52. My service has not started, so this review is specifically about the lack of pricing transparency during the sales process. I would not have signed if the actual fees had been clearly explained. I recommend Ronson Roll-Offs instead.
