Called Kayla back and she said its $125/hr with a 2 hour minimum and an 8% surcharge. NONE of that was mentioned in our conversation when scheduling the appointment. While she did agree to remove the 8% surcharge, I still had to pay double the agreed amount. I will never use this company again!

Wayne is always dependable in a time of need. He comes at any hour of day and is always on call. I appreciate the fact that he has never tried to sell us services we do not need and always considers and offers the least expensive way to repair our A/C or heater when problems arise. He is one repairman that when I know I need to call him, I don't feel stressed that it's going to cost me alot of money. He also is very helpful in advising you how you can best maintain your appliances throughout the year. Wayne is a small business owner with alot of experience and while he may seem a little rough around the edges and a bit chatty, I recommend him to everyone I know.
