He put together a plan, suggested some reinforcing for the shed to be moved and confirmed the job date. They were right on time, 2 hours as estimated, and I could not be happier. The operator was late - because he had gone to the wrong address and we were charged his time for being at the wrong place. CRS ended up costing us more than double Joel's quote. We then hired AZ Crane by Nichols and they were awesome. Far more competent and very reasonably priced.

I called CRS and "Joe" the salesman answered and agreed to come to my house the same day to assess my need for a crane 2.) "Joe" left with a handshake after agreeing to do the job for $160/hr and scheduling the job for 2:00pm 3.) Crane showed up close to 2:00pm. It was almost 3:15pm before the crane was set up & operational (which caused me to incur a hefty fee from the trucking company that had been waiting since 2:00pm) 4.) Crane operator did what needed done and was at my house for roughly 4hrs 15min 5.) I was charged for 6 hrs @ $200/hr plus an $80 surcharge

Wayne is always dependable in a time of need. He comes at any hour of day and is always on call. I appreciate the fact that he has never tried to sell us services we do not need and always considers and offers the least expensive way to repair our A/C or heater when problems arise. He is one repairman that when I know I need to call him, I don't feel stressed that it's going to cost me alot of money. He also is very helpful in advising you how you can best maintain your appliances throughout the year. Wayne is a small business owner with alot of experience and while he may seem a little rough around the edges and a bit chatty, I recommend him to everyone I know. You will never feel cheated and will always feel a sense of relief once he's solved your issues.
