The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Casino is almost within walking distance. Wild horses, road runners and other wildlife came through park during my visit. Well maintained and quiet at night. There were 6-8 recycling bins that were busted to pieces.... Now only 4 for entire community with recycling flying everywhere. They used to do weed control, now harrass tenants to do it at their expense, yet they never put weed bariors under gravel. Water lines leak n they do nothing for months wbile yatds flood. In 20 years they havent fixed the roads, many of which are so bad, they are nearly unwalkable.
