Two nights ago, the lights suddenly went out and we weren't sure if it was bulbs, ballast, or the switch. The fixture is 21 years old. We called Jay at Bigfoot. He responded within 30 minutes, arrived at our home within two hours, and had the issue resolved within another 30 minutes. Jay was friendly, efficient, and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. Some of the parts he installed are supposed to be under warranty and I can't even get the warranty coverage because I have no one to contact.
