Two nights ago, the lights suddenly went out and we weren't sure if it was bulbs, ballast, or the switch. The fixture is 21 years old. We called Jay at Bigfoot. He responded within 30 minutes, arrived at our home within two hours, and had the issue resolved within another 30 minutes. Jay was friendly, efficient, and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. This response felt unnecessarily aggressive and inappropriate toward a customer who was simply seeking billing clarity. A load of firewood showed up unexpectedly and the electricians were amicable about moving their work trucks so it could be dumped nearly on their feet while working on the panel (sorry about that!). The work they did looks clean and works well for our needs.
