I had to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit then 412.00 for the balance with the credit card service fee included. Just to receive a different hairstyle that I don't know what it is. I was told after I sat for 6 1/2 hours that Tee didn't have the glue to give me butterfly locs because the glue wouldn't open. Now she never mentioned in the beginning I couldn't get the hairstyle I was paying for without glue. If I am paying $500, which we established at the beginning why would you give me a different hairstyle instead of asking me to wait at the salon while she go get another bottle of glue. The old me would not have paid for this and it would have been a huge issue however she prayed before she did my hair just to be dishonest. Then when Tee found out I was dissatisfied she got loud and defensive and asked me if I wanted to wait for her to get glue to fix my hair. Who would do that after they sat for 6 1/2 hours on the same day when that is what you should have done initially. On top of that my coupon was not honored, which I had just received after I booked my online appointment, a week ago. I was told it just expired however you are the owner so you could have honored it. Since, I even allowed her to keep the hair I didn't use because I always brought my own hair. Everyone told me she was over charging me! I'm from Detroit, the Mega of hair so I knew her work and prices were not right but I thought I was helping a fellow Christian. Why those that seem the most spiritual are the most dishonest people? I will not be back because I previously overlooked some of her sloppy work which another time I was charged $700 and I never received the receipt for the other time of being charged around $615 or more, which are outlandish prices, for butterfly locs. For these prices I can go anyway!

Officially checked in at 9:08am after another stylist opened shop. Scheduled stylist (Renee) did not arrive until ~9:30am. After washing / conditioning, she was shown photos of requested haircut. Unfortunately, the bangs were chopped way too short, and not connected to the sides of the hair. And did not layer per the photo. The only saving grace is that some of the longer pieces in the top / back that didn't get layered can be pulled forward to hide the chopped off bangs. This is the 3rd or 4th appt with salon over the last 2 years. One prior appt also started late, and at an appt for braids with extensions they didn't have the right color and had not informed us, so braids were 2-tone. I should have taken the hint. Won't be back.

They were supposed to be at least an inch left all-around and then a few inches on top. It's gone. All of it. Now the color, it was put on for too long. You cannot put color on someone's hair and then start doing someone else's weave. It has to be looked after repeatedly. My edges are dark. My roots are light. My ends are dark.
