I made the appointment online through an easy process. The scheduler texted me some clarification questions and we were good to go. Parking was easy to find and there were lots of shops and restaurants to consider when I was done. The staff was very friendly, offered me a smock for the color process and sat me in the chair quickly. My stylist was great at asking questions about what I was looking for; color, cut, length, etc. before moving forward she confirmed pricing so there were no surprises. Stylist was efficient, friendly and did a great job. I walked out very pleased and will be back!

Rather than being even slightly accommodating for a long service appointment, they immediately marked it as a cancellation and charged me 50% of the service - $90 - despite the fact that no service was provided. The complete lack of flexibility or understanding was shocking. Charging someone $90 for a navigation error is pretty poor customer service. Policies are one thing, but this felt unnecessarily rigid.

As long as you make an appointment before the dinner rush at TBM, you should be able to find parking. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the stylists then Judy took my son to her station. They got started immediately. My 10-year old has been really picky and particular about his hair lately. So when Judy asked him what kind of style he wanted, he was not afraid to be very specific. My son would stop her and make a comment or ask questions while she was cutting his hair. Judy was very patient and listened to his requests. My son was very pleased with his haircut and so was I.
