They also have a network of equally capable people that do specialized work, as we had the very nice and perfectionist Marcus remove our wallpaper on a 25 year old house, and Joe came in to help paint the baseboards and trim so they could finish faster. Robert was spot on on his bid and time to do the job. We added additional work that gave it one more day on the job. There was little more than a wash, almost no pigment, and it could not be cleaned; bare wood began to appear less than three years after the house was built. Most paint jobs require a lot of preparation, including masking, disassembling cabinet doors to remove old paint in preparation for new paint, hanging barriers to prevent overspray, and so on. Saratoga spent three of the five days they were in my place just doing prep work. The crew returned with a water-resistance coat of paint for all my cabinets, reinstalled all the doors, and cleaned up behind themselves. It was a pleasure to work with Andy and the Saratoga team.

There is absolutely no way this is a 5 star company and they have 0 reviews here on Yelp. This is an amateur operation that does no prep work, will leave your house in worse condition than you started with, and will not honor agreement to compensation. We originally signed a refund agreement in exchange for not leaving bad reviews, but as Andrew Arzabal reneged on that offer and instead chose to push this into a months-long insurance settlement, this review is now going live. There is paint everywhere. Appliances, stained into wood, splattered on every window, splotches on cabinets they were not meant to paint, paint in the wiring, hardware painted over. They did absolutely 0 prep work and ruined new light fixtures that cost $90 each. There is paint in the grout which now needs to be replaced by a tiler. Because of the horrific quality of service, I released Andrew from his responsibility in finishing the job by adding trim after a separate flooring job was done, so not only are they not compensating me for damages, they are also in breach of their original contract for labor that has already been paid for. I am now starting the process of taking their company to small claims court while the insurance company deliberates on their investigation. They've also been reported to the FTC and BBB.

Victor Saenz does an excellent job of communicating and staying in touch with clients. All estimates and work start on time as promised. The work was done quicker than I expected. The work and materials appear to be excellent quality. I hired Victory Construction to replace a roof, turbine, and repair a water damaged ceiling. Apparently they do a little of everything. The roof appears to be better than what it was when it was new. The ceiling was expertly repaired and one can't tell the ceiling was ever repaired. The ceiling came out better than what the way I was told it would come out. I work graveyards so I sleep during the day. The crew was very respectful of the fact that I am a day sleeper and they didn't make any unnecessary noise. They also took measures to protect my property. They covered anything they worked near to avoid damage I would highly recommend using Victory Construction, and I plan on using them again in the future.

Stucco work around the windows was very uneven and messy. Stucco was slopped onto our brand new windows and screens, our cement patio and our patio chairs. After I cleaned up their mess from the stucco work, the next working day they spilled paint once again onto our new windows and screens. I asked that they use drop clothes and plastic to protect where they worked, but they ignored this request. Every day the workers left their lunch trash on site. They never cleaned up after work each day. After alerting the company that their workers were not very good, it took over two months for the supervisors to inspect the work. Victor agreed that the work was not professional. At least he had the courtesy of not charging us the final payment because the work was so bad!
